We had a very late check in. Gentleman at the counter was efficient and friendly. Room was clean and stay was quiet.

This was a nice hotel that was convenient to family with a very good breakfast selection. The only thing we didn't like was we were underneath someone who was playing music all night long to the point we couldn't sleep, and there was screaming and slamming of doors, etc.

This was a nice hotel that was clean and well maintained.
Breakfast was nice and lots of options. The only thing we had a problem with was we were below someone who played music extremely loud all night, and you could hear screaming, shouting, and slamming doors. Granted it was a Saturday night, but feel staff should have taken care of that.

We booked a large room for a family of six, only had three sets of towels, called the front desk and was told abruptly we had to come down to get more. When we asked the front desk for more, we were originally told they were out of towels, ahe then went into a empty room and got us the sets we need for our kids. There was a TV obviously missing from the sitting area and multiple furniture prices were broken and damaged. But our was a quick trip and we didn't even unpack so it didn't bother us that much.

Very lousy staff. Unprofessional. Very rude. Disrespectful! No manners! Will never go back to this hotel due to several unprofessional staff

Clean, comfortable room. Good sized. "Separate seating area," as advertised, but really an extension of the bedroom so not really a separate space.
The hotel is tucked behind a gas station and next to a small ***** mall - hard to find. Better signage would help.

There was an issue with the boiler system causing there to be no hot water in the hotel. This is an issue that should have been addressed during check in, however hours later I found out through trying to shower. When I notified the front desk they said it would be handled in a hour and a half. Once I finished with my day hours later there was still no hot water. The next morning, we were told it wouldn't be fixed until 4pm and our checkout was at 11am. We were forced to stay here without prior knowledge at check-in and had already paid. However, had we been informed at check-in we could've made the decision to switch.

When we arrived on Friday, there was no hot water and there was ********** in the shower. On Saturday, there was NO water!!!!
