Il Perseo is actually several separate buildings connected by garden paths - the main building fronts the road and contains the restaurant, the other rooms are further uphill and are cheaper. Chiessi is a very small village with a rocky, pebbly beach…not much here but could be a base for hikers or cyclists. The staff are young college students and are friendly, energetic and carry your bags up the stairs or up the hill…

Ottima la posizione 100 metri dal mare, con piscina iacuzzi privata fronte mare. ottima la cucina. belle e pulite le camere. staff giovane e professionale. Jacopo un ottimo direttore della struttura. Chiessi è fuori dal caos tipico dell’Elba e pertanto anche molto rilassante

Arrivati il 6 agosto, prenotazione con igna's tour e x questo ti assegnano la camera dislocata nel comparto dietro la struttura. Sono tutte camere piccole, bagno puzzolente, porta ingresso è praticamente un'imposta a persiana tutta scrostata e chiusura difettosa che con una spinta si apre. Frigo si surriscalda e le bibite sono calde. Il personale in sala è altamente incompetente. Per disposizioni aziendali chi prenota col pacchetto mezza pensione ha un menù ristretto e ripetitivo ma la cosa assurda è che per incassare fanno trattamenti diversi...ad esempio noi che eravamo con qst formula, x il cenone di ferragosto ci avrebbero fatto pagare 25€ a persona in più. Sinceramente è la prima volta (e l'ultima) dove ho visto fare un trattamento del genere. Unica nota positiva la colazione, abbondante e abbastanza variegata ma molto povera invece x celiaci e intolleranti. Chiessi non offre nessuna possibilità di divertimento, non esiste un passeggio dove andare...a differenza di marina di campo che invece è molto viva. Belle invece le 3 spiagge raggiungibili in 10-15 min: fetovaia, secchetto e cavoli. Ma x il trattamento ricevuto mai piu

Qualità e prezzo eccellente il gestore molto disponibile insieme allo staff la cucina ottima ..la camera vista mare molto curata e pulita la piscina situata sopra il mare veramente comoda ci torneremo

Un soggiorno eccellente a partire dalla pulizia... Il gestore sempre disponibile per soddisfare le nostre esigenze abbiamo cenato e pranzato al ristorante ottimo.. Ci torneremo una vista fantastica dalla camera

Abbiamo prenotato su booking, alla richiesta cortese di avere il check in più tardi, facendo in giornata la Gran traversata elbana, hanno risposto seccamente no. Abbiamo provato a riscrivere, chiedendo se era possibile lasciarci una chiave da qualche parte. Non ci hanno risposto, ma 2 giorni dopo hanno disdetto la prenotazione senza neanche le scuse.... In aggiunta, non ci hanno risposto né al telefono né per mail ... risultato ci è saltato il viaggio perché nel frattempo non c'erano più sistemazioni disponibili alla nostra portata

Vi consiglio questo hotel, il personale molto gentile e comunque anche le camere sempre ordinate e pulite ! Valentina e cristiano sono bravissimi e disponibilissimi noi personalmente ci siamo trovati molto bene e sicuramente torneremo in questo hotel ci sono alcune cose che forse potrebbero essere migliorate come la tavoletta del water rotta oppure le sdraio della piscina e gli ombrelloni completamente da sostituire però sono cose abbastanza banali nel complesso e soprattutto risolvibili. La colazione a mio parere era abbondante e buona sia dolce che salata quindi c'era anche molta scelta.
