I will never use Trip.com again. I called and asked to move my stay to one day later because I was exposed to covid and the refused, but blamed on the hotel. The hotel stated that trip.com must make the change not them. I rebooked with the hotel who provided a discount because of my situation. I will ensure that my colleagues know about my experience. So very disappointed and will be notifying my credit card company about this company.

Everything was great exept that in my room coffee maker was dirty and also didn' have any complementary coffee to make on my room other than that everything was great.

The bartender, housekeeping, and the older front desk lady were super helpful and kind. They made our stay nice. There was construction going on and really loud til about 5pm. The toilet got clogged and no towels in the pool room. Our refrigerator didn’t work or one of the lamps. Even with all those problems it was a pretty good stay.would have been nice to receive a discount for all that but they didn’t do that.

Housekeeping was amazing and so nice. One of the front desk was super nice and one kinda had some attitude but got stuff done. Overall the stay was great!

There is a water outage through the property in the morning due to construction. Jets in hot tub didnt work.

Staff was great, location was convenient and safe. Our stay itself was nice. Environment was quiet but also family friendly. Room was spacious. Nightly drinks were a nice perk, they also served food, although we did not eat there.
Downsides. Our shower curtain had black mold on it and our pillowcases had an unpleasant smell. Tops of doors and vents had a thick later of dust and buildup on them. The room itself is dated and furniture shows a lot of wear. They are renovating currently so hopefully those issues will be remedied. There was only ONE towel hook in the entire room. Pool area was not clean.

The employees were great. The bathroom was just incredibly tiny. And the water pressure in the shower was awful. Would prefer not to stay there again.

Bathroom was small. The shampoo dispensers were low or empty. We had 4 people on the reservation yet only 2 towels were readily available upon arrival and I had to call the front desk for more towels. Not pet friendly at all. No areas for pets to do their business, entire surrounding areas concrete or rock gravel. The faucet was installed incorrectly so we had to turn the hot water a weird way to turn it on. No vacuuming was done or towel or soap refills. There was a car club hanging out at the parking lot taking all the available parking and was very loud from their car engines. There was no security telling them to leave the premises because they were loitering. Very disappointing.
