Loved my stay the room was so! clean the services was great whenever I come back to El Paso I will definitely book a room here and I will let my family and friends know

Hotel room was fine. Could have done with a fridge but we only stayed 1 night. Breakfast was well catered and the staff were well accommodating.

I booked the 2 rooms for the one night stay and when I was going to check in the receptionist advised me that they were fully booked and could only put us up in 1 room. So they cancelled my rooms, then we had to lool around town for 2 rooms. Very disappointed

TO BEGIN: Wall decorations were clearly stolen and missing, Main Bedroom Closet Light was non-functional, Dining table was extremely unstable, DESK and ROOM LAMP were un-functional AND Shower Head ACTUALLY FELL OFF! TIME FOR AN UPKEEP!

Love the rate, location, microwave, refrigerator and safety area
Didn't like how stain the carpet is, room was dusty and walls dirty. Room and lobby are screaming for some remodeling!

First thing we arrived they assigned us in room 138 we went and open the door there was a man and a woman in bed then they gave us different room 143 room was ok but I couldn’t get hot water in bath tub and coffee maker didn’t work I complained to the staff they said they will sendd do someone to check all no one should up until we lift

We got there and the elevator was broken and not going to be fixed until sometime after we left. It is an ok disrepair everywhere. I will not stay there again.

Room had many patched walls/ceiling that had not been sanded or painted. Shower only worked when hot water only was on halfway, otherwise you had a cold shower. Not much water pressure in shower. Fan in bath didn't work.
Very limited breakfast. Bread without a way to toast, only had butter and cream cheese for toppings. Out meal was plain no toppings. Instant coffee, no fruit, no protein. Ice machine didn't work on our level, bottom level did. TV remote didn't work.
Beds were nice. Had a refrigerator.

It was horrible, i rented the suite and the heater was not working, the sofa cama was extra dirty and broke.
I asked the guy in the counter for extra blankets for the sofa and he denied to give us the service until a girl showed up and offer the blanket.
