Good beds. Comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Close to stores, restaurants and entertainment.

It was not good. At check in, there was a long line with one person at the desk. Finally there were two at the desk and when it came to my turn to check in the person at the desk waves to the person behind me and started checking him in instead of me. When I finally arrived to my room, dirt on walls, holes on sheets and curtain. The bathroom sink is too high making it difficult to wash your face. Loud place.

Ive been going every other tuesday for the past three weeks .in the evening i would like to say that your employee Angel is a awesome individual Hes very kind respectful young man and very perfessional .My stay has been 113% satisfying due to the cleansing, comforting, Staff is amazingly kind ..I willing still be staying again every other tuesday because Ill really enjoy mystay at the Red Roof Inn keep up the good work ..

It was clean and as women traveling we felt safe. It’s in an odd industrial area. We were surprised to find a hotel there. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Beds were comfortable everything was nice except there was no breakfast but we knew that even though there's a place to eat breakfast but it was closed

They were still cleaning the rooms at 7:30pm. Gave us a room that wasn't ready. The room we were moved to had the window open, which I thought was strange. I closed it. Then I realized why it was open... The a/c in the room created a really bad smell. Like someone dropped food or some that will rot down in it. Other guests were smoking inside the rooms because the hallways reeked of cigarettes and ****. The floors weren't vacuumed either. Do not recommend.

Check in process was very fast and easy. Room is well cleaned with comfortable mattress and soft sheets. Cant hear other people through the walls. Shower pressure is great with plenty of hot water!
