Great and attentive service. Place was safe and good location to get to downtown. Tours pick up from hotel.

房間是很大，但是感覺不太好，一樓比較吵，早餐非常差。優點是距離汽車站很近，路面好，可以拉着行李箱走到汽車站，大約5分鐘的路。去鎮上吃飯也很方便。

酒店中規中矩，但是離小鎮很近，下個台階就到最熱鬧的小鎮了，很方便，酒店有停車場

Facilities a bit old and run down, but still liveable. Breakfast was a little too sweet, mostly cakes and sweet breads.
Receptionist is friendly and helpful, helped us with the booking of taxi to El Calafate Airport. There is a shortcut to the main town, which is pretty convenient, about a 8 minute walk down to the town but a bit challenging to walk at night.... roads in el calafate are pretty muddy.

Nice hotel, close to the center and to the bus terminal, only a few minutes to walk.

O hotel fica próximo à rua principal de El Calafate. Tem que descer uma escadaria, mas nada cansativo, é só ir com calma. Como o hotel não fica na rua principal é bem silencioso e sem movimentação de pessoas. Muito bem cuidado e limpo. Aos amantes do WIFI lá de de primeira, até nos quartos a velocidade de internet é excelente. O café da manha falta algo salgado, um pão de sal ou algo parecido, mas isso é comum na Argentina, o café da manhã com alimento com pegada doce. Hotel está indicadíssimo, não encontrei nada que desabonasse.
