Hotel Cassandra

Don't spend your money going to this hotel, the rooms are terrible and the cleaning is 0, you have to give a deposit if you want to have AC and watch TV, it's crazy, cockroaches in the rooms and hallways of the hotel, The elevators can only be used by two people, there is no parking for cars.

The hotel has 3 stars on its door but to be honest it is more of a budget hostel than a 3-star hotel. It is cheap and cheerful- if you are looking for a luxury this is not a place for you. It was cleanish, fresh towels and sheets everyday but the place is very dated and definitely needs some TLC. Food was ok if you are not a fussy eater. We only paid for breakfast which was definitely aimed at German guests. Not sure what dinners looked like. The staff was friendly but did not speak much English- which is fair…I guess I need to learn more Spanish! The lift was a nightmare. Our room was on the 6th floor and the lift was frequently out of order. When it worked it only allowed 3 people in which was really annoying. The shower was a nightmare too. No pressure at all. On the other hand the air con in the room was great! Be prepared to pay 15 € deposit for the remote. Overall ok experience- you get what you pay for. We only used it as a base to quickly change, refresh and sleep. I don’t think I would like to stay here again though.

First I would like to say I was really worried to go to Cassandra, after reading so many reviews.Still we have decided to take a shot as price and location was what we wanted.I don't think that I was this surprised ever.Food was really good, changing everyday.We were 14 days and never got bored with food ( half board) Dinners were actually fantastic.Staff was really helpful, room was cleaned regularly.Ok cleaning staff had no English, was I disappointed? Not at all, they were all smiling and helpful. They were some minor little things,but at the end of the day...we get what we paid for. It was fab holiday in absolute prime location.THANK YOU very much to all staff at Cassandra.

It was a disaster. The breakfast was nothing like the pictures uploaded in the internet - eggs booked so long they were literally green, the fried eggs were so fat, no fruits , no vegetables , bot even a tomato. We had to pay extra for coffee. We had to pay extra for the wifi! the shamphoo and shower gel were constantly empty even if we asked for a refill. We also had to ask for toilet paper becasue while cleaning the room , they werent checking if we are out of toilet paper/ shower gel ,etc. Horrible.

Una vergogna, hotel pessimo! Pulizia inesistente, abbiamo alloggiato una settimana, non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola e pulito il bagno, ho dovuto provvedere in autonomia! Sala colazione vergnosa e sporca, appena si entra c'è una puzza terribile di fogna, cibo pessimo! Personale in accoglienza gentile, invece il personale addetto alla pulizia senza rispetto per la privacy, sono entrati in camera più volte mentre eravamo all'interno e senza bussare, per poi non pulire la camera. Riassunto dell'esperienza: la puzza la porti fino a casa! Se si potesse dare 0, lo farei volentieri!

Hotel tres bien desservi par les bus de ligne pour visiter palma. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Buffet correct matin et soir, sodas inclus. Un trou dans la baignoire sinon tout OK au niveau de la chambre. Nous n avons pas compris comment fonctionnait la clim.

Très bon hôtel familial Buffet petit déjeuner varié (oeuf durs, oeufs brouillés , saucisse, charcuterie, fromage, confitures, beurre, pain, lait, céréales, biscuits, gaufrrettes, jus orange pomme.., ) Buffet soir changeant : salades (pâtes, crudités...), Pizza, frites, paella, poisson, boulettes viande, pâtes, pain, plusieurs dessert et glaces , boissons a volonté (sprite pepsi eau ....) Femme de ménage gentille, serviable, personnel au réfectoire gentilles et souriantes qui debarassent les tables au fur et à mesure, bar a la piscine avec un maître nageur jeune et cool qui et de la musique, a l'accueil le soir, ça répond toujours au téléphone quand on appel depuis notre chambre, Emilio le proprio de l'hôtel est très gentil et a l'écoute, souriant .... Petit bémol le débit de l'eau de la douche mais pour quelques jours, ça ne dérange pas (je me lavais la nuit(23h) il y a moins de monde qui se douche donc le débit est meilleur ) Mes serviettes de douche étaient toujours changer le matin a demande aux femmes de ménage papier toilette et gel douche à disposition Chambre équipée d'une télé (celle plus petite que 82cm), et d'un balcon avec 2 chaises (sympa pour les fumeurs)... Au départ, on demande a Emilio de commande un taxi 10minutes avant notre départ....très serviable.... Je recommande Gracias Emilio para todo... (Habitation 502)
