Checked in online; got into my room early. It was before opening day at the resort, so I didn't expect it to be busy. Front desk staff answered my questions, as a first timer in town. Room was spacious and well appointed. Bed comfy. Bathroom looks newly renovated. Loved having a fireplace in the room - made it cozy and warm. Very convenient location to the main resort - will stay again there!

Easy to locate. Clean, updated rooms. Excellent shower water temperature & pressure!! Mattress slept well. Fireplace lovely. Young lady at check in sweet, friendly & helpful. Secure parking. Even had a filtered water line & sink for coffee. Absolutely would stay there again!!

Very clean excellent place to stay at snowshoe. They will give you coups that can be used on few things at the resort.

Stayed here for being closer to cass scenic drive. Absolutely loved the place. Very clean and family friendly with excellent views

The inn and area were just beautiful. I wish they had foot stools in the room, and they offer expresso in the room, but having real coffee would have been great. The had coffee in the lobby, but not available until 8:00 a.m. And no where on the mountain can you get any. The accommodations were stellar.
