The hotel was super nice and very convenient to St. Louis airport. We did have a loud party going on in the room next door until the after 2:00 a.m. Couldn't gent an answer at the front desk for over an hour but finally got through and security came up. Shuttle to airport was great.

The staff was efficient and professional. Narika went out of her way to help me get a quiet quiet area in the hotel without anyone over me. I could not have asked for more

Property was fabulous, Front desk customer service at 4:30 am horrible! Shame because we chose it first of all because it’s 3 minutes from the airport and secondly because it was Marriott! . The overnight staff needs retraining and if you rent out a room that holds 4 people you should at least have enough coffee in there for2!!! And your front desk customer service agent is ill mannered and rude. Refused to help in anyway.

It looks rundown. The lighting is not the best and parking was very difficult to find. I had to park in the back far away from the front door.

I liked the convenience of the location, and expected the extra noise because of it. However, at the price point, I'd hope have a more reasonable breakfast included. Even if it was fresh fruit and some ceral/oatmeal.

Absolute worst experience for a Marriott property. Check in staff were disinterested, rude, and barely said 3 words to me. Rooms were filthy (see attached photographs) with holes in towels, scum everywhere, numerous non-functioning light switches, and a musty smell. I could not believe it!

On a business trip I asked for a room and told none available I stepped to the side and was easily able to book one of SEVERAL rooms available! Went back to the desk to be told I was not receiving the room I booked. Charged the same price along with an ADDITIONAL fee for incidentals. No room service. Safe broken. Had to carry my valuables on my person. The staff seemed uninterested at best. I travel weekly all around the USA …. will never recommend or return to this hotel.

We were greeted with rudeness, given a room at the farthest end of the hotel. We’re mid-seventies and tired from traveling. The room was very dusty and there was dirt and heavy dust underneath the mini fridge you could plainly see.
The hotel restaurant service was good but our order was missing ingredients.
I would not stay here again.
