Nice location not far from everything, just a bit tired when arrived at the hotel, It’s clean,nice workers, comfy beds. Definitely, will try again next time

Good location but need to walk up a hill to get to the hotel. Give a room with garden view. Felt cheated as there is no view. Pay high price but get lousy view. Others are alright.

The only problem is the location, no bus stations nearby, you should walk to the main road. In General, the service and facilities are perfect.

Our room during check in was not cleaned up properly and missing quite a number of items. The phone was also not working and had to go up to reception each time we needed something.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Basement rooms were not great but ok. Level 1 rooms are good

窗外景色優美，距離卡爾頓山很近。可以去看日出再回來補眠。但是房間略小，甚至於沒有凳子讓人覺得不可思議。

酒店位置在卡爾頓山的斜坡上，對於拖大行李的遊客會比較麻煩一些，但是整體房間格局很贊！性價比很高，前台很熱情，會協助處理問題，也會提供遊玩建議，體驗很棒！
