A helpful and friendly waiter at a beautiful hotel made my stay enjoyable. The room was comfortable and even had a radio, providing a relaxing ambiance with music and English tea.

酒店是街道面對面的兩棟小別墅 有個露天小花園（喝酒、下午茶）
沒有前台 但是服務人員非常熱情 有歡迎小茶水和小餅乾
房間普遍不大 但是內裏設施非常精緻 下午陽光灑進來很漂亮
洗護用品是威士忌味道的 很好聞很高級
整個樓都香香的
服務人員態度很好
缺點：1.沒電梯，不過樓也不高，最高也就3樓
2.位置一般，從市中心走過來得接近半小時，打uber大概4-5鎊，好處是門口有公交

酒店環境還沒有 酒店服務也是可以的 早餐我喜歡 謝謝酒店所有工作人員 讓我在異國他鄉有一種幸福的感覺

對外宣傳五星級酒店，圖片拍得很美。實際上最多衹能算三星，現場也遠遠沒有圖片那麼美。所謂的高級房，實際狀況卻很差，兩個人同時在房間裏走動，連身體都錯不開。服務也一般，含早餐的房間，退房後取行李時盡然要求付款早餐費，此時才明白，明明知道已經付款房費，入住時還是要求登記信用卡訊息的原因

The hotel is stunning, although we were placed in the building across the road, but our room was beautiful and cozy nonetheless. The only complaint is that we were able to hear noises from the adjacent room, we were woken up by the sound of running water in their shower and grunting noises. So, better soundproofing is something that the owner of Roseate should consider for the future.
