Can’t say enough good things about the staff. Always very helpful, polite and happy to chat. We stayed in a lovely, comfortable room. Bed one of the best I’ve ever slept in. Room & bathroom were very clean, with quality furnishings. Everything worked perfectly. Would definitely stay again.

the desk concierge on both our floor and the ground floor were very helpful with transportation and luggage, and the bar staff was pleasant and relaxing; In the morning the dining room staff member was kind and generous.

What I like most about the property was that it was in a stadium… it was such an amazing experience. Transport was extremely easy to use from a walking distance

The Hotel Accommodation was outstanding. Bed so comfortable and toiletries most welcome. The staff very polite and helpful. Dining in Skyline restaurant, great choices and presented accordingly. All round experience superb and will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

We had an excellent stay here Service,food,Room were all first class,the room catered for every need very well thought out,close to restaurants and bars and a short drive from main attractions,highly recommend ,staff were very helpful and friendly couldn’t do enough for you.

Our stay at the hotel was a very enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, especially the receptionist who checked us in and the waitress who served us dinner. The evening meal and breakfast were excellent and the room was of a very high standard.

We stayed at the Tynecastle and had an excellent short break their, the room was lovely and very luxurious and comfortable, good location as well and can walk to city centre. Would definitely stay there again. It would have been nice to have more TV choice than just news maybe sky sports news as well,

Staff were so friendly and seemed interested in whatever you spoke to them about. Will highly recommend this to friends and family. Hoping to stay again in the near future.

100% customer satisfaction from booking to checking out. The biggest comfiest bed was needed after our night out in town. We had a night cap in the bar and it was so warming and comforting to relax in. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh and piping hot
