The room was advertised as a large 25-meter family room but it was only a standard 15 square mt room. I went to see the manager who said it was as advertised. He also said I should have called them to request this spa room to get a room this size. I had paid over $100 more for this room already. The glasses and mugs were very dirty. We had only one facecloth between the two of us. I went to the office three times to get another face cloth and waited for about 10 minutes after ringing the bell but he didn’t come out each time. This is terrible service The beds were not made by cleaners. Cleaners came in on Sat morning but only replaced two towels, didn’t make the beds, and didn’t clean the sink or glasses in the sink. We didn't get any more face washers. The carpet is very dirty and the window winder was broken and the shower screen knob also broke off each time we opened the shower door. Customer service is non-existent.

The executive room with spa itself is a really nice room. Comfy bed, big bathroom balcony etc really nice.
However, having a room o this nature that is clearly made for intimacy between couples next to a large family room is a bit odd. On the night we stayed the family room had 4 adults and 5 young children staying in it all of whom were partying until 2.30am. Also having pool access from the room balcony is great but everyone in the pool area also has direct access to the room. Not exactly a secure arrangement. Twice we had other people on the “private” balcony with nothing more than a sliding screen door between us and them.

Run down. Fan broken. Lights blown. Power point faulty. Iron broken. Can't go to reception as doesn't open at all in the morning. Cupboards could not close.

There are a couple of fixtures in the bathroom that need replacing, but overall the motel is super clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I wasn't happy at check in as they didn't believe I had already paid and wanted me to pay again at a higher rate. I had to prove I had paid and he still didn't believe me. He then rang his boss and spoke in a different language which I found very rude.
Room was great but I won't be staying there again in any hurry.
