체크인 할때 부킹할때는 언급도 없었던 $100 디파짓을 내라고 해서 당황했습니다. 카드로 디파짓 내고, 다음날 돌려받으려고 했더니 전산 문제로 체크아웃이 안넘어간다면서 나중에 돌려주겠다고 했는데 4일이 지난 지금도 못받고있습니다.

never going back. the first night we were there, there was no hot water. the second day that we were there, we noticed there was a lot of ants. we found out they were coming out from behind the tv stand. although the bed was super comfy and I wanted to take a pillow home, we aren't going to be going back.

Filthy and NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY! We arrived late in inclement weather to find no attempts made to clear the entrances or parking lots in handicap parking. The ramps to the lobby were not cleared so could not check in (sent spouse) the side door was at car level but key cards did not work. The back door was key card entry but through snow (not canopied) and about as far from the lobby as possible but near the room. The “roll-in” shower isn’t and there is NO BENCH OR SHOWER CHAIR! The bed has no blankets and you have to climb Mt Everest to transfer into it. I slept on top of the thing covered by my coat. The toilet is dirty, scratched and the seat wiggles. The tall lamp shade is broken and the clock isn’t set (no biggie bc cell phones) The breakfast is continental only, NOT HOT The pool is open but without my wheelchair I couldn’t get to it

Terrible and dirty. Mold in bathroom. Not cleaned at all, hair everywhere. Our keys did not work and we had to leave our door UNLOCKED. The pool had towels at the bottom of it. It was literally like a jail cell

Supposed to be in a smoke free room. The entire second floor smelled like cigarette smoke! It got into our Cpap machines, our clothing. Had to rewash our clean clothes and clean our Cpaps when we got home. The smoke detector in our room, was hanging by 2 wires from the ceiling. The back and side doors were being propped open by garbage cans, rocks. Each guest is given a key, so we had the suspicion that people that weren't supposed to be there, were coming in. There was a gal sitting on a heater in a hallway, on her phone, by one of the doors, and when we approached, she took off like a shot. Just made us think, "what the?" The reason we chose this hotel was because the website stated there was a restaurant/lounge. Perfect for us, because we would be tired after traveling. Checked in, and asked about the hours for those, only to find out the restaurant/lounge had not reopened since covid. Disappoin**ent. The hotel was pretty clean, but is old enough, so that clean doesn't look clean. One hand towel for 2 people and no washcloths. Sheets on the bed, but no blanket. Most of the employees we saw were friendly with a "hello." And the continental breakfast was decent. No eggs, but there were pancakes. We won't stay there again and don't recommend it.

Please take my advice and do not stay here. The pictures are deceiving. This has to be the worst place I’ve ever stayed. No towels, rooms dirty, bugs, overall just gross. This place should be shut down!!! Do not waste your money. Read the reviews and believe everything you read!!

Girls weekend.....hotel is very outdated - does not allow payment by cash as the website stated when I reserved - exchange rate high on credit card; hotel very outdated, carpets very dirty; free breakfast was nothing to speak of - nothing hot but the coffee; an old blood stain on my bedspread; condensation on the window but in the afternoon it had dried and then started to condensate again; I believe someone had been in our room and removed things - some chris**as present so that it did not look obvious!!!!!! However cant prove it; They also offer a 10% discount to anyone over 60 and since I am - I was not offered this - didnt even know this existed; This is the 2nd time I have had trouble with Ramada Hotels; will have to rethink booking anything ever again!!

Have some self worth and don't stay here! Arrived to the hotel on a Friday at dinner time with no one else around. Felt weird because this hotel was supposed to be sold out. More on that later. Lobby was decent. Big breakfast area. Just no breakfast beside muffin tops in plastic packages and bowls of cereal. The waffle maker doesn't work. Signs up in the lobby not to drink milk because there is not enough. Drink the juice from the machine. Elevator broken. That ****** Rooms 201 and 203 were our groups for the weekend. 201 has been smoked in for the past 25 years and absolutely stinks of dead butts. So gross. Had no idea rooms like this still existed. 203 was mine and was filthy. Bed had no blanket and was missing a pillow. The couch was stained with God knows what. Long hair covered the temperature unit in the room. Saturday went to the ND Syracuse FB game and got back to the hotel about 9pm. I was watching TV in my room when a staff member broke into my room with their card and was surprised to see me. Made up a story that they were making up rooms for guests checking into the hotel. Upon yelling at them to get out of my room because of the lie she was telling me, she proceeded to do it to room 201. I again yelled at her to get away. Drug use was evident in her behavior. Upon bringing my complaint to the lobby staff in the morning, I learned that she had done this to a few other rooms also. This place and its Friday and Saturday night staff should be condemned and fired for their incompetent services to hotel guests.
