Best Western Plus Arbour Inn Suites

I booked this room for my daughter and two granddaughters. I'm glad she was not traveling alone. There were issues and when we requested a discount, were given $20 and a no-reply email. Her response that she could not send was: "I appreciate the quick response. I do have to say I am frustrated with this as the front desk didn’t answer the phone when I called down as the toilet was overflowing. While medicated (I have lots of medical issues) I had to run to the front desk at 11:30pm from the very back of the hotel to be told by the front desk that someone didn’t return the ONLY PLUNGER? So he would call to get special access to the Housekeeping closet…. I then went to the room and used all the towels to soak up all the toilet water and turned the water off and tried to lay down when I was woke up at 1am to be handed the plunger and told by the worker “good luck”. So I then plunged YOUR toilet for 30 mins, got it cleared to wake up at 5am to the same issue. I woke up my dad in the room across the hall so I could use their bathroom and HE helped me fix the toilet… NOT your staff. So I had NO toilet, NO sleep and smelt toilet water all night. And your solution is $20 refund?"

We were traveling to visit family. The room was clean and comfortable. They have gone through renovation and what they have done looks great. There are still minor details like trims and such that were not changed out but that is not a big deal to us.

The front desk was entirely rude upon checkout. When I checked in I asked to pay in cash and I was told I would be able to do so at checkout. However, upon checking out the lady was extremely short with me and told me that everything was already charged and I would be lucky if I get the credit back on my credit card in 10 days. She seemed very shady and I felt as though if I did pay in cash she would have just taken it and I wouldn't have gotten my credit card refunded.

Fabulous hotel!! Very clean and quiet. One of the better hotels we have found on the interstate.

Staff was wonderful, check in was easy, the front lobby had been updated, and it was a safe area.

Overall it was a nice stay for the length of time we were there. The pull out couch was not really sleeper friendly. One of the elevators went down and there was no housekeeping service during our stay.

Children running halls at all hours and parking not good in front forf staying on second floor and lastly TOLIETS ARE ON THE FLOOR!!!! They are SO LOW and bathroom needs updating as shower was very old. Stayed here because it looked like you upgraded the property which you did but neglected the rooms big time!

Property was clean and friendly. It wasn't as nice as other places i have stayed, but worth the cost.

Couch was stained, sheets on the bed had blood stains, toilet wouldn’t flush, mold in the shower, dirty towels.
