HORRIBLE. NOT RECOMMENDED.
Reception is not 24 hour manned. Did not receive any check in instructions, sent emails to enquire and all of them went unresponded. Had to call the emergency hotline which incurred roaming charges on my end 🙄 wifi was not working when i checked in and after waiting for a few hours i called the emergency hotline again only to be told off that my issue was not an emergency. Dude even hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional. Also doorknob was broken lol. Wrote an email to complain and they didnt respond either. Would have given a 0 if i could.

Great service by lovely staff. All except the grumpy lady at reception that makes you feel bad for daring to bother her. Everything else is fantastic.
