酒店環境美麗，停車塲很大，房間可接受，但床褥太軟，我睡醒後，頸和腰骨非常痛，而且不能太大力旭動，這酒店床褥太軟不適合我瞓.窗境開揚·最可惜是室內泳池維修，不能游泳有點失望·

衞生間又小又舊，洗澡水時温的，這個季節洗澡實在水太冷了，直到我快洗好了水才稍微熱一點。

It was pleasant, however, the thermostat in the room had problems & it was very warm in there. Everytime we cried to get it cooler it didn't work. We had to open the window a little to get it cooler

We stayed on a Saturday night. We were attending an event at Nassau Coliseum, so the hotel was very busy with guests that included the staff that was running the event. I was worried because the reviews for this hotel were disappointing, but I honestly did not see any of the complaints. The hotel was beautiful, clean, modern. The check in staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. The restaurant was a bit overwhelmed with the amount of people there, but again, the staff there was very accommodating as well. The food was good. I have no complaints and will stay there again for any other events at Nassau.

It was an okay stay. The hotel itself is great, food was great too.
However, It was so hot in our rooms so it was hard to sleep. When we called in about it we were told to open our windows which made the room cooler of course which made our last few hours of rest bearable.

One night for the holiday while visiting family. Hotel had good service and was very busy. It appears "worn" in ways like the furnishings in the room but was clean and the staff was helpful.
