We were supposed to have rooms next to each other. I called and requested an early check in. They said it would be fine. When i arrived, The person before me who was a walk in received room 201. I check In and receive 203. I was told our second room wouldn’t be able to be next to it. But we could come back and check in for 222. We come back to check in for 222, they said it’s no longer available and we could have a room on the 3rd floor. When we complained and asked for a manager we were handed a card and basically told nothing they can do. We changed the bed sizes to be on the same floor. The trash cans were all full for the breakfast.

The stay was ok. We were originally given the key to an occupied room then transferred to a room over the pool. Our thir room was fine.

Clean lobby, room and bathroom. Close to many restaurants and places to visit. This is our second stay at this hotel and we will definitely visit again!

We were there from a Monday through Thursday and were very happy with the room and service. Everything looked clean and 'kept-up". The breakfast was pretty average for a free breakfast but it was just fine. The location is wonderful for easy travel to all the Lancaster attractions.

It was walking distance to outlets. Convenient to everything. Clean facility. Front desk even had a contact case when I forgot mine.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When asked about dining options they were willing to provide suggestions and print out directs to the 2 location. Very appreciative. Only disappoin**ent is breakfast ran out of eggs and sausage early and there were no more to replace them. Knowing you had a full house, provision should have been made, especially for a Friday morning.

We booked a King size bed, but received a double room. he front desk said since we booked it through a third party, the room requested isn't guaranteed.
The room had holes in the carpet and the wall paper is outdated and damaged, along with some of the furniture.
The room was comfortable and clean.
The addition of vehicle charging ports would be something to consider.
