It was an okay experience the pool was cold and housekeeping could of been better but overall nice rooms and nice staffs

I booked with this hotel because it advertised free parking and free shuttle service to the St Louis Airport. When I arrived on November 12,2023 I was told that there were no shuttle drivers for my morning flight! Also, there would be no shuttle service to pick me up when my return flight arrived on November 17,2023 at 9:00pm. I had to use Uber for both ways to and from the airport which cost me additional money ($45 total plus tips )
I am a75 year old women traveling alone and this was an inconvenience for me ! The shuttle service was my main reason for booking this hotel and I was very disappointed that this service was not available to me !!

Shuttle to the airport was convenient and easy. Seem like a safe place. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

It’s a bit dated, which is to be expected, but the staff is very friendly and very helpful. They just seem a bit UNDERstaffed in some areas - most notably the cafe at breakfast time. There was one guy back there trying to take orders, check people out, make the coffees, and I’m pretty sure he was cooking in the back too. Not his fault at all, it’s the situation he was faced with, but for ordering a drip coffee and eggs/bacon/toast at a Courtyard Bistro Cafe, it took over 30 mins! And that was after I asked him nicely a couple times, since I was on a time crunch. Perhaps that was a one-off, but it sure seemed like it was the norm!

The hotel gave me an out of order rooms and passed it off as clean rooms. The room was very dirty. I asked for my room to be changed, but they didn’t change it at the end in the morning when I checked out this morning the general manager comp stay back, I was was told I am getting a refund for the entire stay. So I will wait in see. One of the staff was very rude.

Staff not helpful at all. Dirty-No hot water- not Marriott level of service. Extremely disappointing-had to beg for clean towels. Room was never cleaned for 4 days as asked repeatedly. Just had to keep putting towels in the hallway and asking for new ones from the staff in the hallway. Room wasn’t cleaned but tip was taken. Noticed small bugs in the sink as well on the last day. This is the first and last time we will be staying at this property.
