De service is erg goed en de locatie is erg goed. Het ontbijt is aan te bevelen. Het hotel is echter relatief oud en de badkamer is te klein en aan renovatie toe. Het bedienend personeel is zeer goed en ten zeerste aanbevolen

Friendly staff that all spoke English.
The location felt safe and was very quiet but still central.
The room was nice enough and had enough space, and the hotel was comfortable with some artistic design.
My room faced towards the direction of the old town but was silent at night, and quiet during the day even with the windows wide open.
Plenty of hot water, but the towels were small and cheap. A coffee expresso machine in the room with coffee but no tea.
The hotel looked a bit tired in places but nothing to worry about and repairs were ongoing. Unfortunately the advertised computer I needed was missing apparently broken. This was unacceptable and my only real complaint. No garden seating area.
The breakfast was good with enough to choose from including hot food, but it finished early at 10:30. The English black tea wasn’t and was horrible, so British tea drinkers bring tea yourself.
If passing I’d stay here again for sure.

位於國王大道一頭，地理位置很好，酒店很大，大堂很氣派，為了泡澡消除旅行疲憊，選了豪華房，浴缸很大，房間應該是更新過，傢俱都很新，地毯有點舊，沒什麼老舊味道，至此都不錯。然而，一是房間的門鎖是壞的，一開始門很重還沒注意，睡覺前發現是壓根沒鎖住，防盜鏈也被撬掉，非常不安全，電話前台後給換了一間；二是新換的衞生間器具很舊，馬桶裏有黑點，感受太差了，兩間房間洗臉池都有裂紋，電吹風都臟的包漿了😓因為半夜到店，就沒再要求更換。第二早起，泡澡帶來了一夜好眠。看着窗外明亮景色，能看到電視塔，另一端房間應該能看到國王大道，又感覺老舊衞生間不是大問題😜下次住，注意帶上消毒紙巾😂酒店有自己停車庫，很安全，應該收費而沒有收費，不知道是不是因為昨夜的遭遇。不過，電梯位於大堂一進門左轉，不用房卡，且是觀光電梯，稍顯不安全，電梯口顯示有監控錄像，大概好點。最後一個優點，大堂廁所不收費😍

房間比較多，還是很可以滴，位於國王大道旁，位置很好找，nice hotel，希望改進一點就是沐浴的地方不要放在浴缸裏就好了~
