The kindness of the staff, everything was fine, but the kids was of the staff was outstanding. Beautiful and very clean.

I enjoyed the location. The area is surrounded by great dining options as well as bars. The area felt safe and walkable.
The least enjoyable part of the stay was the hotel breakfast. We tried it once and that was enough for us.

When an historic hotel welcomes you with 3 dogs—neither of whom fit in a purse—it’s special and worthy of our appreciation! Our dogs are quiet and well behaved and we were delighted to be able to stay in an atmospheric former convent across from the cathedral and one block from the plaza principal. The pedestrian street offers multiple options for eating and drinking and the parking lot around the corner is walled and gated, accessible only with hotel staff. Thanks to everyone at this gem of a hotel!

Across from the square in the centre of Durango, you are close to great food and a vibrant young night life. The hotel has beautiful rooms with a buffet breakfast included. The coffee shop attached to the Hotel was excellent! Staff were wonderful and super helpful. We will return for a longer stay.

The only thing was that I had to leave 1 day early and they wouldn't refund a day. They took email for future stay. No reply yet and for long would it be good for. Usually its not my vacation spot

We were immediately welcomed with a smile (Lizbeth) and someone helped my husband find the parking and get the luggage and the dog back to the hotel. Our room was quiet and spacious and the surrounding plants and seating areas are comfortable and attractive. The location is fantastic--right on Constitucion without any traffic--walking distance to shops, restaurants and a nice dog park! The breakfast is very nice buffet and it is ready at 7 am as promised. When we had questions they always responded with a smile. Excellent experience. We will definitely stay here whenever we are in Durango.
