滿懷期待預訂的四鑽酒店，給我的是一路驚嚇。1:房間地面有白色的返鹼層。2:房間裏竟然還有蜘蛛網，是多長時間沒有打掃了。3:床鋪太硬了，睡完腰疼的影響第二天的心情。4:床鋪上盡然有頭髮、不知道是不是上一位客人的遺留物品。5:熱水壺有水垢。

大家看見評論就直接住這家酒店。非常不錯的一家酒店，來敦煌強力大家直接住這家，職業全國酒店體驗官。前台小姐姐非常客氣免費升了房，住的非常舒心，可以在敦煌打麻將是真的很爽。希望酒店領導看見可以給前台楊小姐適當加點獎勵或者表揚。下次如果有機會帶團或者朋友們來直接安排這家酒店。

自從新疆遊以來，從沒住過如此之差勁的酒店。
設施：1.淋浴洗澡過後，洗手枱前地板會滲出水。
2.馬桶是歪的，衞生間極小，我一米八幾在裡邊亂碰頭。
3.洗手池基本不下水，洗手兩分鐘，下水半小時。
4.隔音及差，淡季來的，一路很多酒店都免費幫忙升級房型，唯獨這家酒店給我安排了“問題房”，而且是出電梯右拐第一間，基本別想休息，吵鬧的很。
衞生：剛進門就看到了亂塞在衣櫃裏的枕頭。
環境：房間整體環境尚可。
服務：服務尚可。

酒店服務優質，有人文關懷，來敦煌旅遊做足了攻略，挑選了很多酒店，最後選擇了這家，從價格、服務來説，性價比很高，很舒適，來的時候敦煌挺冷的，但一進酒店大廳就覺得非常暖和，無論何時工作人員都是笑臉相迎，温柔又熱情，讓人看了心情都感覺好好，不往一路的期待，下回還來！很贊！

出來住酒店，第一筆遇見酒店員工在走廊裏遇到會主動打招呼，讓人很暖心，我們在這裏住三天，第一天忘記刷卡，不能進去客房清掃的阿姨主動問我們是不是沒刷卡，又再確認是我們的房間後用她的卡幫我們開了門，這位阿姨自己到樓下幫我們辦了刷了房卡，真的讓我們很感動很意外。在這裏要特別點贊一下這位阿姨！

淡季敦煌住宿均較為便宜，服務也比較好，酒店距離鳴沙山不遠，距離敦煌 夜市也比較近，這家有接機接站服務，非常非常好，以至於定了一天，直接續費2天，酒店乾淨衞生就不多説床很舒服，衞生間乾濕分離，馬桶是電動的，早餐很豐富超棒。

這次敦煌旅遊給我留下來深刻的印象，敦煌很美，這家酒店也很美，從大廳裝修，房間設施，到處透露着敦煌的獨有風格，前台美女們和客房姐姐們的熱情周到服務感覺很舒心，所謂賓至如歸就是如此。早餐也很豐富，炒菜涼菜味道都很不錯，洗衣房設計的很貼心，是我們遊客的福音啊，酒店位置優越，交通便利，靠近景點和購物中心哦，出行特別方便，距離敦煌夜市也很近，吃飯買特產都挺方便。值得推薦[強]

從進大堂開始，每個工作人員都態度超級好，辦理入住時會有工作人員拿棗茶給旅客，進房間還有歡迎小零食和卡片，住了一晚之後又續住了，雖然有一點點小問題，但是工作人員都很耐心的解決了，早餐也是非常棒的。
