Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff, who were quick to assist me and answer all my queries. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile for their guests really stood out.

Located in the middle of nowhere, this hotel looks like something out of a dystopian film. However two of China’s most beautiful scenic spots are nearby!

The room was large and excellent, and the service was outstanding. An employee named Lisa really went the extra mile to help me. The hotel is located roughly 2 km from the Dunhuang museum, 1 km from Moon Lake a just a few km from the night market.
The room was quite clean except for some strands of hair on the bathroom floor, which I thought was a bit strange. But my biggest complaint is the lack of a good restaurant on site. I had a meal there, and it left a lot to be desired.
Still, I would recommend staying at this hotel. If I ever get back to Dunhuang, I certainly will.

This hotel is a little far out, luckily we could catch cabs easily from outside. Lisa at the front desk was really accommodating and kind. She let us have late check out and gifted our daughter a souvenir. We booked this hotel for the pool, which is closed for a year. There is a decently priced supermarket in the lobby. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room we had, had no window. It was very locally decked out, and had a big wet patch on the carpet but overall was fine. A 3 star by any standard but fine considering where we are. Breakfast had a lot of local options, which was fine for me.

The location is simply the best. Very close to the highway and the airport/railway station. Big and clean rooms. The breakfast was delicious, especially the noodle soup. Lisa from the Team was very helpful and helped us organize many activities and she spoke great English.

酒店房間很大，非常整潔，服務超好，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，需要接機會仔細詢問航班訊息，特別是我落下了東西前台小姐姐專門致電告知並幫忙寄回，門面裝潢很大氣，前台大廳樓梯下還有養魚的水池，很喜歡的裝修風格，，早餐還是很可口的，下次來還會入住！

看了網上的評論有一些差評，但是實際感受確實是天差地別，可能是淡季和旺季每個人的要求和感受不同吧。個人感覺酒店面積大裝修好，房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨，服務熱情，各發麪都很滿意，酒店離景區就很近，周邊沒有什麼吃飯的，但酒店有餐廳超市，敦煌市本身就不大，打車去市區也就10來元，所以性價比很高，推薦入住。

房間和衞生間都很大，設施不錯。是比較大的酒店。第一天到達後工作人員還貼心地把客人送去房間。但是有些地方還有待提高，住酒店必須付款300按金，現在基本沒有酒店要付按金了。另外就是早飯58一人，如果要享受38的折扣就要加酒店微信公眾號，覺得這個做法不是跟妥當。
