On arriving there were people smoking at main entrance and cigarette butts on ground and smoke blowing into main entrance.Staff were helpful at main counter when they were there ! My room 106 , carpet not hoovered and mess around skirting, Dan not working in bathroom, blood hand stain and smears on wall and plug socket, not impressed .

Hi I was departing a few weeks ago and there was a man and lady at the desk he was very angry. The ladies behind the reception looked a little frightened from the man but dealt with the situation very well. I managed to get the staff names Leona and Annie, hope you’s are ok. I was standing near another housekeeper Claire who also asked the man to leave, nobody should have to deal with customers who act like that, they done amazing and the guy eventually left the hotel.

Stayed last week, 3 rooms book for a family event in the area. We had booked double rooms without realising but had small children with us. Girl on reception Annie was wonderful sorted us out with travel cots. She also helped us with baby milk storage and advice on local area. Hotel was lovely and super clean, housekeepers were all super friendly and made fuss over baby etc. gave us extra towels etc. local area is good too, lots to see and do in the town centre and endless restaurants and bars too. Will be back.

I’ve stayed at various Travelodge’s over the years, and have always had a pleasant experience. I have a camper van, and it’s sometimes cheaper staying at a Travelodge, than on a camp site!

After a stressful start to our stay (no fault of the hotel) the man at reception was kind and patient with us and helped us so much to give us a chilled stay, will definitely be back had a lovely nights sleep as did the children, also a very accommodating hotel thanks again :)

My company booked me in for a few nights trip. Was very clean and tidy and staff were pleasant and helpful. Special mention to Leona who I mostly dealt with. Extremely happy and welcoming and good knowledge of local area and recommendations. Thanks

This is my second stay here and a great stay came across Leona who I met the last stay for a concert.she was very helpful then and still was and was comforting to know she could vaguely remember me. Leona gave me some helpful guidance on places to go with the family for food and drinks as well as meeting my requests for extra clean towels as well as the room being very clean and tidy Thanks for the stay
