When you yearn for a different lifestyle but not ready to commit yourself to changes? For me, traveling is a way to get a sneak peek into “what would it be”, even if just for a moment. I feel incredibly fortunate to have come across Several Mountain Houses, and I’m grateful for the owners’ generosity in creating such a beautiful place and sharing their mountain life with guests.   Many guests have already praised the lovely courtyard, the nature-surrounded rooms, the sensorial bed linens, and the warm, earthy aesthetic of the space. I wholeheartedly agree. Beyond that, there was something even more special. I was wowed by the tidy kitchen, thoughtfully designed and completed with high-quality appliances and tableware. It’s a place that move your mind from “I’m staying in a B&B” to “I’m staying in a home.” The cherry on top? Having the owner made you a perfect cup of latte or cappuccino in the morning. Of all my travels in China, this is the first homestay where I’ve experienced that personal touch.   We arrived by Didi and had to drop off by the roadside, cross a wooden bridge, and then tackle a steep hill path.  We called for help and the owner came down to meet us and made sure we felt welcomed. My friend told me she felt like we had stepped into a scene from a web novel—the little challenge at the start, the homey atmosphere, the owners and their charming “career life to mountain life” story all made the experience very special.   I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful mountain retreat. It's the perfect spot to unwind and reset.    A small tip: if you're in the mood for trekking, head up to the Wulong Gorge scenic area and work your way back. If we had known, we would totally skip Baiyun (White Cloud) temple / village and spend more time relaxing at the house.

Their stay is amazing! Hot springs inside room, morning with a river view. provide tea time , good night warm milk and breakfast. But need an hour ride from dujiangyan. Recommended if you need to get away from the busy city. Nothing much at night, will be quiet after 7 or 8pm.

Lovely host! Check-in was smooth and easy. The homestay is located on the 2nd floor, just a short walk to all the main attractions, including the Dujiangyan Irrigation System. It’s also conveniently near Lidui Gongyuan Station, making travel very convenient. There are plenty of great places to eat nearby as well. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!

I stayed here for just 4 hours during my one-day trip to Dujiangyan to rest and pray, and it was a great experience. Even though I checked in later than the usual 1:30–5:30 pm window (I arrived at 3:15 pm), the hotel kindly extended my checkout to 7:15 pm. The room was very warm and cozy, which was perfect for this cold weather. Highly recommended for a short stay!

The owner was genuinely kind and very helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to make things easy for us. They even helped us carry our luggage up and down, which meant a lot especially since we were travelling with kids and had quite a few bags. What we appreciated most was how thoughtful they were in sharing local tips. They recommended several nice places to visit around Dujiangyan, including family-friendly spots, good food, and scenic areas that we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Because of their suggestions, our trip became much more relaxed and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome, almost like staying with family rather than at a hotel. We’re truly grateful for their kindness and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dujiangyan.

The hosts were incredibly kind and even gave us a ride to the Qingcheng Mountain entrance and the Qingcheng Railway Station. If you’re planning to hike up Qingcheng Mountain, I totally recommend staying here. 1.The room was super spacious and looked just like the pictures. Everything felt fresh, clean, and super comfy. 2.The bed was really soft, and all the amenities were modern and well thought out. 3.The staff were friendly, helpful, and just really lovely overall. 4.Great location – close to Qingcheng Station and the mountain. 5.Breakfast is included, but sadly we woke up too late to try ๆit. Next time for sure! We did have lunch there though, and it was delicious. 6.Honestly, everything was great. Totally worth every penny.

Ik verbleef hier na meer dan 2 jaar opnieuw, en deze keer was ik zeer tevreden. In mijn herinnering was de bus langzamer en was de hygiëne zo subtiel. Maar deze keer was het de nationale feestdag en kwamen de voertuigen en het personeel heel snel was ik zeer tevreden, en de hygiëne is ook zeer bevredigend. Het was een beetje onaangenaam toen ik incheckte. Het hotel heeft de communicatie tijdens de vorige check-in misschien verwaarloosd, maar de manager kwam er snel op af en was er zeer tevreden over. Tijdens het wachten op het inchecken gaf ik ook hem een ​​afternoon tea. Het afternoon tea-personeel is ook goed opgeleid. Het belangrijkste is dat de servicekwaliteit en de hotelbenodigdheden na het inchecken onberispelijk zijn. Hetzelfde geldt voor huishoudster Xiao Zhang, die zeer snel reageert op eventuele problemen en deze afhandelt, waardoor mensen het gevoel krijgen dat deze huishoudsterinhoud geen nepproject is. Ik raad ten zeerste de zwembadkamer aan, die echt nodig is na het beklimmen van de berg! ! Het zwembad is schoon en de watertemperatuur is menselijk. De watertemperatuur is 40 graden om 9 uur en 45 graden om 12 uur 's nachts. Het is immers kouder 's nachts en een betere temperatuur Vanuit dit oogpunt is het hotel nu echt attent. Mijn eerste twee middelmatige indrukken van het hotel (waarom blijf je komen, is er niets beters?) veranderden deze keer echt een beetje, en deze keer voelde ik eindelijk dat het merk en de prijs goed waren.

We spent 2 days mid-March in this hotel, mostly because we wanted to be in the middle of nature and have a great view from our room (it is, indeed). The manager, alongside with the gentle lady working at the restaurant upstairs, were very kind. Downsides are the relatively thin wall and I must say, the size of the room. Maybe we didn't pick the best one either! In conclusion, we had a good time there.

Went during a low season. The hotel was virtually empty except for us, but the staff remained professional. The rooms were a slight letdown on a few points - BUT overall it was extremely enjoyable and downright luxurious in other areas. Overall, a definite recommend. We had a great stay and a great time. Amazing - it's a working tea farm. We woke early to pluck tea leaves for the experience (free but worth 68 yuan) and if you collect enough you can take it to the tea master to then experience frying the tea in a wok to turn the fresh leaves into dry green tea. The tea sachets in the rooms are made by the hotel themselves and taste great. More free experiences are included with the stay, including tea brewing classes and wearing hanfu. I thought it to be incredibly value for money. The private onsen is great and came with a homemade herbal pouch to throw in for a medicinal bath. The rooms are spacious with an excellent view - and I MUST commend the incredible number of light switches which let you have any combination of light ambience. Minor letdowns - mosquitoes will come to you at the alfresco area during mealtimes, I would sit indoors next time. We also had to run the shower for a long while before hot water could come out. The charging sockets are a little iffy with lots of dust in the sockets and some outlets might not be working depending on your luck. The standard sockets mostly work but USB sockets might not. The smart W/C is also slightly malfunctioning but largely works as intended.

I truly believe this is the best hotel in Dujiangyan! We had an amazing experience right from the start. Yao, Ya, and May handled our check-in and luggage with great care; they were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was stunning, and the views were simply out of this world! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Dujiangyan.
