Rooms Tezoro

Great location - right in the middle of old town. The "front desk" was a little strange in that it was in the Tezoro restaurant. In fact that whole section of the street is Tezoro. But other than that all was good except we didn't have the TV remote - so no TV. But that really didn't matter because there is so much to do and see in Dubrovnik.

Great location, the restaurant served great food and the staff were friendly, but room a little tired now, Toilet seat broken, the window didn't open but didn't shut either and was very noisy all through the night, Wifi didn't work well.

Great location in Old Town Dubrovnik with restaurants right outside the door. Room was clean and in good shape. Due to the location can be a bit noisy earlier in the evening or early in am as they are getting restaurants ready for the day. Not an issue with ear plugs and window closed.

Great location, room maintenance could be better. Would recommend if you want to stay in the Old Town for a reasonable price

I loved the place. The only issue I had was that it was very noisy and it was hard for me to sleep without ear plugs

The location is perfect but the noise level above the restaurant was very loud. The lighting was poor and bedside lamps were malfunctioning. It needs a refresh in aesthetics. We loved the area and the restaurant was great for dinner.

I wouldn't think I would ever say this but I would have definitely give it 0 stars if I could! People! Stay away from this place! If you are looking for a great time on vacation, DO NOT BOOK ROOMS TEZORO. Unfortunately, we made a mistake and booked this place for 4 nights and our experience was horrible. Every night, we would lose hot water while taking a shower! Just imagine coming back from being away all day, try to shower and relax and the water goes freezing cold right in the middle, while you have shampoo on your head! The manager is very irresponsible and does not take ownership of issues. The 2nd time we complained he didn't even bother coming in himself and sent another worker who promised us another room but never came back to follow up! This place doesn't have house keeping and doesn't even have a safe to leave your stuff inside. The rooms are moldy and it's a very noisy neighborhood. We would be woken up many many times throughout each night. Over all, we had a horrible experience and this manager guy didn't even offer us any kind of compensations. Very disappointing...

AVOID AVOID!! The staff is rude and cancels your booking literally 2 hours of your checkin. When you ask for a reason, I’m told it’s a private reason. If I can give 0 review, I’ll do that. Please avoid!!

The location is what makes the place worth it. We had our room to the streets and it was super noisy the whole night outside and inside the building. The hot water didn't last for 3 people and the shower head was broken.
