De locatie was centraal. Maar er werd geen melding gemaakt van het feit dat er een club in het hotel was geïntegreerd die tot 04.00 uur luide muziek speelde. De hele kamer schudde en van een goede nachtrust was geen sprake. Het decor was rustiek, maar de geur was heel eigenaardig.

Aan de ene kant een goede, goed gelegen, uitstekende Georgische inrichting, maar er is een truc: het is niet alleen een hotel, het is een discotheek die de muziek extreem luid speelt tot 02.30 uur in de ochtend. De constructie is van hout en werkelijk alles schudt en op de eerste verdieping luister je naar muziek van meer dan 55 dB, dus je kunt niet slapen. We klaagden en ze lieten ons een klachtenformulier invullen dat eigenlijk een wit stuk papier was ... We vroegen om een verandering van kamer en voor de t****e dag gaven ze ons er een op de derde verdieping en konden we wat uitrusten. Ik raad het niemand aan, eerlijk gezegd.

Het hotel is mooi, comfortabel, personeel erg vriendelijk.
Het enige vreemde dat wat lawaai veroorzaakt, is dat er een disco onder het hotel is.

Hotel was very ran down, dirty, noisy, the light fitting was coming away from the ceiling, plugs where broken, couldn’t sleep with noise till 4am. Absolute dump !

Very good location, near city center, shopping and parks, short walk to tram and bus stops. Would have enjoyed it more if I was young adult looking to party - Harcourt street is a party street with abundant night life and variety of choices. Beware of famous night club literally adjacent to the hotel, open and crowded 7 days a week until 2:30 AM with loud dance music nd loud people having a good time. Hotel provided earplugs :) - very considerate of them. Building is historical, also meaning accommodations are last century, which, if you are into it - you might enjoy, (with 2 electrical outlets in entire room, no usb ports, separate hot and cold water faucets, slanted "stationery" desk, etc). Staff was friendly and accommodating, simple breakfast of croissants and selection of teas, milk and instant coffee was provided daily and satiating enough to start the day.

This hotel is a perfect location in Dublin City, close to St Stephens Green and the Lucas (Trams) to get around, the triple room I had was huge and very clean, old fashioned style but absolutely fine
The noise from the nightclub/bar downstairs is loud and goes on til 2:30 so if ur a light sleeper it may not suit but I managed to get to sleep no problem anyway
Would book again for definite, and there’s a bus to the airport (Dublin express) at the top of the road which gets you there in 30 mins and €10 return, it’s on hatch street

It was the worst hotel expire I ever had. There is noisy club in the hotel that makes furniture in the room dancing. Temperature in the rooms at extremely level of 35 degrees. Beware of this place!

The only thing going for this hotel is it's location. Everything else is really poor. Staff are dismissive and rude, room was really hot and smelly with no option to cook it down except crack open the window on a busy road. Not that the noise of the road can be heard over the constant bass noise from the club downstairs. It starts at about nine pm and continues until one thirty am. Not just in the background but almost vibrating the bed. I didn't understand why they supplied ear plugs in the room but soon found out!!. Terrible experience never to be repeated.

Was a good stay, comfy beds, however is noisy so if you’re not into the party scene it’s probably not the place for you
