整體的服務速度有點慢。
入住的時候，沒有付款按金，先消費後付款。裏面好多餐廳。150迪拉姆一位。
離店的時候給你賬單。然後付款。
樓下私人沙灘。9點開。日落收。免費的水。
泳池一般。一個小童的。一個成人的。還有工作人員帶着水中運動。
早餐一般。

房間不錯，客房服務也很及時，為我們送來寶寶洗漱用品，拼了床，還送了孩子免費冰淇淋券，沙灘和泳池都很乾凈，適合帶娃

等到15:40還説房間沒有好！前台一直不耐煩的給臭臉，好不容易等來了房間而我訂的是M club 雙床房，給的卻是沒有海景的大床房，在樓上等了經理15分鐘都沒上徠處理，衹能自己下樓理論，所謂的經歷説M club 不是所有房間都有海景，再三理論下才帶我們去看了12樓正面海灘雙床房！！！明明有房間就是拖着不給！而且一點歉意都沒有！對華人不友好！硬是等到了16:30才入住了正確的房間。新房間桌子擦出來是黑色的，陽枱燈是壞的。沙灘粗糙，不適合度假，不推薦。好在攜程售後給力，贊一個。

入住體驗和阿布扎比差遠了，checkin非常慢，慢的很！！房間裏衹有一個220伏的插頭，問酒店要了很久就是沒有，最後拿了一個長條的插座。服務人員感覺也很一般，沒碰到特別熱情的，感覺有點不待見中國人，房間41平方，但是感覺衹有30平，就肯定沒有41。除了酒店走出去就是沙灘，還有棕櫚樹跑道，真沒什麼出彩的地方了！

設施：開業1年多，設施新全；專屬獨立沙灘，室外泳池；
衞生：乾淨整潔；
環境：棕櫚島上的酒店基本都不差，海景優美。

十分滿意。酒店在朱美拉區域，有私人沙灘。前台服務以及服務人員服務都很到位。一下車就幫忙把行李整理好。前台接電話的也很熱情。酒店到棕櫚塔步行7分鐘左右。6分鐘左右可到一個觀光輕軌站，最後一站是卡特蘭蒂斯。

泳池恆温。位置有些尷尬，高峯時期非常堵車。早餐比較豐盛，房間很大，定的部分海景房，就真的是部分……衹有在陽台探頭才能看見海

很好的住宿體驗，家人們都很喜歡。非常推薦！我們在飯店裡每一個餐廳用餐，很可惜部分餐廳不能讓兒童進入。
