First at all our room was changed from the back side to first line as a “compliment” from the hotel, until I realised that there is a 24 hour repair at the beach, every day continuing 10 days and nights with these machines working all the time!!! Very loudly in the room, louder at the pool, can’t sleep 😴 discusting!!!
Second of all: the room cleaners are from India 🇮🇳 and Pakistan 🇵🇰, and € 300 missed from my personal wallet ( my bad, that didn’t use the safe). After a lot of talks with a guy who is responsible for the safety there, he told me that couldn’t find my money at the room cleaners and suggest me to call the police for checking the fingerprints on my wallet, if they match with these of the cleaners than there would have an investigation… This maybe would took all the time from my vacation and I refused!!!
Very disappointing vacation, Dubai is the best place for relax, BUT NEVER in this place again, NEVER 👎!
P.S. The service at the restaurant, the food is perfect 👍

I bought membership for the facilities of Roda resort Jumeirah, as I’m neighbor of this hotel. Amazing view from the second floor on the kite beach, good swimming pool and restaurant. I liked steam room and gym was there almost every day. But separately I would like to say thanks to Vincent. Was very helpful!!!

Great three days staying at the Roda - back again and always a great place to visit - all the way from Oz Great pool - close to the beach and a great view of the kites in action Always a good night enjoying a meal on the verandah at Kite cafe - and breakfast was impressive 👍👍

We are regular clients of Roda beach resort. the location is great but what makes a real difference is the staff. You feel at home with their smiles and willing to help. Thank you to all . Special mention to Jane , khem , réception team , kite café team , housekeeping , shanawar , sunil , Samita 🙏🏻

Location good. Room- not worth the money. (Small and no balcony or outside door as on website - old aircons that does not work properly) Did not have a good experience due to a lot of noise and partying until 4am. Did not sleep well or at all. I suggest a strict rule for noise after 12 at least so other people can rest and enjoy their stay. Security tried, but unfortunately the guest did not care. Strict rules needs to be implemented for this. Service from new staff was kind and helpful.
