Great location, room nice, breakfast superb, service good. Few things not up to standard needs improve. Bath towels not white, bed sheets broken. Otherwise everything good.

Absolutely great property with bespoke service and boutique feeling. Staff is very friendly and natural making us feel comfortable. Rooms are sleek with refined details and cozy pool area. Highly recommend dining at their rooftop restaurant offering splendid views of Dubai and Burj Khalifa.

Location is downtown, rush hour very hard to get taxi . Room is small but good . Italians Restaurant food is okay , pool is very very small .
