Hotel is pas open, maar er wordt op het moment veel gebouwd in de omgeving, waardoor het overal vol stof / zand ligt. Hier kan het hotel natuurlijk niets aan doen, maar de de badmeester vond het belangrijker om te bellen, dan om het terras te vegen. Gemiste kans ! Speciale dank aan Mark en de kok voor het ontbijt, zij zorgen perfect voor de gasten ! Dit in tegenstelling tot een andere jonge heer, die z’n mondkapje structureel onder z’n kin draagt en liever lui dan moe is. Ook zijn telefoon is belangrijker dan de gasten. Mijn cappuccino moet nog komen 🙈 Wederom gemiste kans !! Overig personeel, bij de incheck en bij de ingang, die de koffers brengen, super aardig en behulpzaam !

After a bit of a shakey start 2am check-in! James the manager & his team were excellant, they couldnt be more helpful. We were moved to a bigger room which was amzing. The Hotel is spotlessly clean everywhere. Breakfast has a good variety of hot& cold options to suit all tastes. Complimentry waters left everyday in the room. Its location is about 20mins in a taxi from almost anywhere & taxi are cheap on the Careem app.

We would like to express to my experience in he hotels apar**ents Lee shisha lounge Cafe jvc It's a good place to visit for a casual evening and shisha in Jumeirah Village Circle. I ordered shisha and some snacks and drinks which were all good. The staff is very friendly especially the shisha guy Mr. Abdul Naser made good shisha. Good ambiance thank you so much team for amazing service

Visited Leo lounge cafe for shisha midweek and it was a pleasure. Relaxed a**osphere and friendly waiters made this visit memorable for us, the shisha was great quality and also the shisha man Abdelnasser made sure he attended our table and was very happy to serve us and welcome us to the place. Overall good experience, thank you mr Abdelnasser! Would recommend the shisha here (grape mint).

Everything is amazing about this place, positive vibes, very welcoming & friendly team, quality food-drinks & excellent SHISHA. (Special thanks to "Mr. Abdel" for his amazing SHISHA, professional service & very smiley greetings). It’s came back a gain to this hotel with the new management (Gewan) I noticed different at the services and the most new staff they add a new value to the hotel that the hotel has a quiet place which is needed to me after a raucous and exhausted day That when you arrive you will meet Subone the smiley face usually and Mohamed Mahmoud when responding your needs comfortably with Abd El , Samad that one have a good knowledge about his job and about attracting you to the hotel. And there is Jymes who know well what you need and how to communicate with you. And you will be lucky with Kamal the one who gives you the comfortable at your room. Although that he is new but have a perfect way to rearrange your room quick , easy and quiet.

This is not an actual hotel, but an apar**ent building with everything that comes with it. The property is marketed as a five star hotel, which is absolutely not the case in reality. It is just an ordinary apar**ent building, located far from anything interesting in Dubai and surrounded by construction sites, so that noise and dust will be present at any moment during your stay. There is really nothing which will stand as a good argument in favor of this property.

I’d like to thank the great, friendly, professional front office staff James and Mohamed Mahmoud, I liked the professional housekeeping service by the polite Noman and Sanaullah, add to all the cheerful, excellent service by Abdul Naser, Mohamed Abu HInd, Fidaa, Tejesri and Mariem at the restaurant lounge. The only issue was the construction sound from the area around the hotel unfortunately. عبد الناصر في Leo Lounge من أجمل الشخصيات في المكان، شكر خاص للاحترافية وحسن الاستقبال
