De inrichting en de kamer zijn erg goed.
Niet op een superhandige locatie, maar daarom vond ik het leuk, want dezelfde sfeer als die in de binnenstad.
Het ontbijt is goed... de resultaten zijn goed, maar het duurde lang voordat ik mijn bestelling kreeg...
Ruimte is groot genoeg voor alles…
Zwembad is schoon en goed…
Gym is een beetje klein en geen sauna en stoombad…
Nachtclub naast de deur gaat open tot 3 uur 's nachts ... luide muziek houdt je wakker ...

We came and stay here only 1 night but it was amazing experience, the real 5 stars hotel with nice staff, beautiful room, balcony facing the horse race fields, nice infinity swimming pool and gym. Unfortunately my husband came late, otherwise we will have dinner in Prime their steak house. Breakfast was yummy, so many variants food you can try, and i have salmon for breakfast so love it. We were enjoyed to spent our weekend there. Thank you

Honestly the place is just old, not much to do there and the staff will not even tell you what do they have. The TV in the tub was not working because they're "upgrading" the system and its just not really worth staying in

My visit was just perfect in all aspects other than the hotel requires some internal upgrades and preventive maintenance. As the toilet requires immediate actions to fix the ongoing odor problem that has in it (Room # 929)

Excellent and friendly staff making our stay extremely easy and comfortable from room to food and shopping all a pleasant experience….Beautiful facility with so many amenities…..very enjoyable.

First time back in 3 years and delighted to see some friendly faces staff wise who recognised us. I know it’s due a welcomed renovation between April and November but the people from conciege to breakfast at Farriars and the Pool area to Paddock View Restaurant are the heart beat. Specially like to recognise Prasanna efforts and service in both the latter mentioned areas. Breakfast team are brilliant too. Nothing is too much to ask. Can’t wait to see the new place in 2024
