This hotel is very good with excellent services. They valued you and asked your opinions for room services, breakfast satisfaction etc. I was quited satisfied. I haved tried gym, very nice with lot of equipments.

I will not recommend this hotel. I am not satisfied with the front desk staff. It takes too long to get check in.
And in the evening around 7pm, no one was at the front desk. The security staff helped me to ask someone to come out from a room behind the desk, he specifically said it’s a Chinese. I don’t understand why nationality is so important for these staff. And apparently no one seems want to meet a Chinese. Because I was standing there waiting for at least 10 minutes and no one comes out or tell me to wait or anything! I was disappointed by its service. I felt being discriminated.
The cleaning service is good overall.

Not the cleanest hotel but that's fine. What bugs me the most is the noise that the elevator makes whenever it reaches a floor. I could hear it clearly and pretty loudly from my room. It's really annoying at night.
