Great interior and good service, check in and check out was a breeze. I didn't opt for breakfast, so no comments on that.

Was actually really nice. Would advice this guy place, cause it relatively close to the city center and the price/quality ratio is good

quite centrally located with dubai mall being about 10-15 mins drive away. the hotel is nice and cosy, rooms were cosy, pool was a vibe although small. staff were nice too. had to miss breakfast cause of flight but overall it was a good stay

The hotel was modern and the room was quite good, but with a couple of issues.
Water leaked quite badly under the shower door onto the bathroom floor.
The air-conditioning was very noisy and seemed to switch on and off every few minutes during the night making it hard to sleep.
( these two issues may have just related to our room though?)
There is really nothing to see around the hotel, you need to take a taxi or the metro to any restaurants, shopping, tourist sights etc.

The location is behind the bigger hotels near the metro, still ok.Cleaniliness and breakfast was good.. reception was good..however some staff were not very friendly to kids, my kid dropped a bun at breakfast and staff didn't seem happy..At the pool, kids were having fun and was told it was too noisy?? I immediately told the kids to stay silent. Better for adult and older kids to stay here.

Location is fair. 7-10min from the nearest metro
Housekeeping is good except they skip room cleaning someday during my stay
Food is good.
Service and Reception response are satisfactory.
Overall, recommend
