I enjoy being there and I love it every second of being there was so amazing the facility cleaning as everything was amazing and the pool side where the gym is it’s also very cool. I enjoyed and I can’t wait to be there again

It’s really very good hotel to stay and also the price is very cheap if you book it on Trip.Com overall the ambiance and room is clean and tidy you should really visit this hotel it’s very near from the al safa metro station.♥️♥️♥️

Nice but not top of the mark

Good service

Very nicely firnished mid range hotel in an industrial area in Dubai, it's served mainly by one bus line F16 4 mins away, and Bus 7 which is 13 mins away, not the best in terms of location and accessibility as not close to any major metro or tram stations. Room is spacious and the amenities are complete, service and hospitality satisfactory and staff very attentive. The shower is excellent and has actually hot water (unlike many other midrange hotels that only really have lukewarm water with unstable temperature). Also they have a fridge that is actually functional - it keeps drinks COLD not just cool, which I really appreciate. There is a safe as well for locking away valuable items. Hotel overcharged me on my tourist tax and refunded me after the trip without me probing them (I was a little skeptical when paying this at check in as it was higher than what I'm used to for this type of on-arrival payment). They have a good buffet spread that alternates every other day, so it gets repetitive when you're staying for 3+ days more. Suggest to include a few more options. But I also saw that they do omlettes for guests from the kitchen on request. There is a supermarket that opens till 11:30pm just downstairs right beside the hotel, which is really good. Their housekeeping button system is a bit confusing. There was one day when I had the "Do Not Disturb" button on but still had someone enter my room to do housekeeping, and I found out it was because when you take your card put from the card holder beside the door the signal will reset itself and switch itself off. Slightly disarming but I didn't lose anything and housekeeping tidied my room so I wasn't too annoyed.
