Good value for money for staying in Dubai for any reasons.
The hotel is quite remote from the city, however, there are free shuttle bus to bring you to the city and back to hotel. The staff is helpful, friendly and very polite. My special thanks to Herman!
Overall hotel is newly build, so it’s quite comfortable and convenient to stay at your room for the whole day long.
Breakfasts are not so diverse but always tasty and enough food for all hotel guests.

Good point: Cleanness is great, furnitures are quite new. Staff are helpful and breakfast is great. View is nice area is quiet near to dubai south community so u will have sport court access and one geant express mart.
Point need to improve: maintenance-I checked 4 rooms all has some issue like light bulbs not working or missing. Called reception for fixing this but no action.
Attention: There is no sound proof at all, if u r a person can’t stay alone need some accompanying feeling then this is good place cuz u will feel u got a flat mates , but if u need quite and privacy, here is not a possible place .
Me was disturbed three nights by neighbors, they had party at midnight 2pm. And one time they r drunk or purposely knocked my door badly.(the picture attached below , behind that door u will hear ur neighbors , clearly u can hear their mobile messages notification or minor sounds. )

Super hotel, super clean, super cheap, almost everything available in the room, but it is In the middle of the desert, Very far from anything, only Giant supermarket was near to hotel other than that nothing, only one restaurant in the hotel over priced for lunch and dinner 75 for lunch and 120 for dinner, ridiculous, I was with my family of 6 persons how possible to pay for one dinner for one day more than my whole stay, disaster, and no one was eating 😄😄😄, Breakfast excellent staff supper nice.

there was a problem in check-in and check-out, mistakes in reservation and problem with payment. Fortunately, thanks to the help of trip.com employees, everything worked out. I lost an hour.
Hotel is a great place, really tasty breakfast, nice and clean rooms, nice swimming pool, great experience!

Nice hotel but not so flexible to accommodate a change in the date due bad weather condition. You must be more flexible and understand that storms in UAE are extremely dangerous specially if a person must travel by car.

I camera to the hotel and it was totally full, i didnt have place to stay and had very hard time, they said, You booked with trip. Com and you didnt book with us so get your money from trip. Com... This very strange experince that ever had in my life, staff seem very dogy!!!!
