Convenient location with all shops and stors around. Friendly and polite staff. Because we wait for the room longer than we should, we got upgrade to bigger room))
Received breast during checkout because our flight was late at night. Highly recommend this hotel for family and single stay.

Huge thanks to Louise (front desk) for her outstanding customer service skills! We waited in line for 45 min on check-in and we were so disappointed but she managed to change our negative experience. What I love about the room was the coffee machine! Food was amazing and staff were nice. The only thing I wish is if you could show the menu of the resto and bar in the room so we wouldn’t have to go down. Overall it was an amazing experience! Will definitely be back!

Hôtel que je recommande fortement, un service de qualité, ainsi que le personnel qui est au petit soins et disponible 24h/24h.
L'équipe répond à toutes nos questions et fait en sorte de répondre à nos différents besoins.
Petit déjeuner très qualité et bien diversifier.
Vous n'allez pas regretter votre séjour.

У отеля очень удобное расположение на Дубай Марине- тихая бухта, в которую очень приятно возвращаться с шумного центра города. Завтраки - нормальные, ничего свьерхествесвенного, но голодными не останетесь. Рядом расположены также много кафе и ресторанов. У нас был номер с потрясающим видом на Дубай Марины и балконом. Наличие балкона - очень понравилось и впечатлило . Единственный недостаток , который я бы отметила - отсутсвие принадлежностей для чистки зубов.
Не понятно почему не оставляют такие вещи в номере. И за 5 дней проживания - 1 раз забыли оставить в номере чистые полотенца. В остальном - все хорошо.

酒店有點老，給升級了套房，但設施齊全，早餐品種齊全，就是人有點多。總體很滿意，服務員態度都很好。
