We arrived at the hotel at early morning. Even after intimating them before arrival we have to wait gor half an hour. The good thing was manager offered us breakfast. The location was perfect and just 10 minutes drive from the airport. Dubai mall was very close. There were restaurants and markets near by building. Amenities were missing in the room. There was no glass door in the bathroom and the water was coming out in the toilet area which was very inconvenient. Hotel view was very nice. Front desk staff was very cooperative. Over all it was good. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in good location , there are some store and restaurants outside of the hotel , if you unlike to walk outside in hotness , the restaurants in the hotel also nice , especially the name of waitress Catherine and the nice guy name Charan , they really provided very good services and manner to the customers, I had a nice trips in staying this hotel , and I hope I can see them again for my next trip in Dubai .

Reception service not very well
I asked for change of 500 dirhams and the employee in reception asked for 50 dirhams commission he said its business and i was in hurry because the laundry guy was waiting to pay him..

非常漂亮的建築，夜航勞累到了酒店就先睡起來。酒店門口有west zone超市和葯店，非常方便，買到了各種新鮮水果。酒店的服務人員很專業。

We had a fabulous experience staying in this hotel. Mr. Marvin (in front desk) is very accommodating, friendly and kind. From 1 to 10 I would probably give 10 because we're very satisfied with our stay. Keep it up and more power 😊. Stay blessed.

We had a very good experience, loved the ambience. We booked a deluxe room, it was quite big. The bathroom was small but manageable. Room service and reception were very sweet and helpful. Would recommend this to everyone, good for business travellers and couples.

The hotel is ok, the food is great but if you are looking for a quit place, it is not the right one. The DJ works almost the whole day and continues after the midnight and the music is too loud. I couldn’t complete my stay for the second night. If like that noisy night, it’s your place but if you seek peace and quietness. I can’t recommend it to you or book a room that not closed to the pool.
