Staybridge Suites Dubai Financial Centre

Het personeel in deze winkel is erg aardig! Vooral de collega’s van de nachtdienst zijn erg enthousiast! Wat je ook vraagt! Ik kreeg ook een upgrade naar de grootste suite! Maar ik durf niet alleen te leven, haha! Ik ging alleen naar binnen om het nachtzicht te zien en kwam toen naar buiten.

De kamer is een beetje klein, maar de locatie is geweldig. Het metrostation Business Bay bevindt zich beneden. De keuken in de suite is volledig uitgerust. Vanaf het balkon kun je de Burj Khalifa zien. Het ligt heel dicht bij Dubai Mall en het museum van de Toekomst ligt eveneens op loopafstand.

De hotelkamer is groot en geschikt om met meerdere personen samen te verblijven. De kamer is voorzien van een keuken, koffiezetapparaat en wasmachine, en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het hotelontbijt is ook uitgebreid. Het hotel ligt ook heel dichtbij het metrostation , en transport is handig!

De locatie is uitstekend. De Burj Khalifa-toren, het winkelcentrum Dubai en het Museum van de Toekomst liggen op 30 minuten lopen en 1 monorailhalte verderop. Het dichtstbijzijnde station, het centrum van Fainancial, ligt recht tegenover het hotel, dus u kunt er meteen op stappen. Het is erg handig om overal naartoe te gaan. Het hotel is een hoog gebouw, dus als u zich op de bovenste verdiepingen bevindt, kunt u Dubai zien. Mijn kamer had een panoramisch uitzicht op de zee, en aangezien er aan de zeezijde bijna geen hoge gebouwen waren, kon ik de horizon zien (?). De stadskant staat vol met hoge en opvallende gebouwen, dus de kloof kan interessant zijn. De kamer was ruim en schoon gehouden, en de persoon die het bed opmaakte was erg aardig.

De receptie voegde 100 Dh toe om te upgraden naar 2 slaapkamers en een woonkamer met een extra tweepersoonskamer. Ik heb daar vier maaltijden gekookt om mijn Chinese trek te stillen. Alle keukengerei was beschikbaar, behalve de rijstkoker, die ik kreeg van een vriend. Verder is alles van het hotel en is zeer goed. Het is gemakkelijk te gebruiken met de alles-in-één wasmachine en droger. De vaatwasser van Smeg is ook uitgerust. Wasmiddel en afwasblokjes dient u echter zelf mee te nemen. Het is aanbevolen om wasmiddelparels te gebruiken, anders is het onhandig om de rest weg te halen. Als je lang blijft, is dit hotel echt geschikt.

Het hotel ligt net buiten uitgang 2 van het metrostation Financial Centre. Als u van plan bent om met de metro te reizen, wordt dit ten zeerste aanbevolen. Er is een zwembad op de 6e verdieping van het hotel. Hoewel het geen overloopzwembad is, is het wel zeer schoon en heeft een goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding.Als je op een hoge verdieping woont, kun je de Khalifa bekijken.De toren en het nachtzicht zijn ook prachtig;1 metrohalte naar Dubai Mall en 1 metrohalte naar het Museum van de Toekomst;

Echt een aanrader om te verblijven. Dicht bij de metro, net achter de deur. De kamer was comfortabel, groot en had een geweldig uitzicht. Je kunt ook je eigen eten koken, een wasmachine hebben en alles is compleet. Er zijn zelfs strijkijzers en gewichtmachines. Het bedienend personeel is ook erg aardig: de receptie, het roomservicepersoneel en de machinebedieners zijn allemaal erg behulpzaam! Een aanrader voor zowel lange als korte verblijven, en het is slechts één halte verwijderd van het winkelcentrum Dubai, wat superhandig is.

We felt we had a really good location because the hotel is located right on Dubai's red metro line at Financial Centre Station which lined up really well with our itinerary. The hotel is located very close to the Burj Khalifa tower and the many sights of Downtown Dubai. We also had quite a few restaurant options and shops nearby so we didn't have to go far to get a good meal or pick up something. The rooms are nicely appointed with a firm bed and large pillows. This is a suites Hotel so there is a pretty good kitchen in the rooms with a stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer machine and dishes to go along with everything. The shower had great pressure and it was easy to control the temperature but we were not a fan of the scent of the bath products provided. We had a pretty good sea view and could see the Burj Al Arab and World Islands off in the distance which we were happy with. We liked that they gave us extra bottle water each day but would have liked if they included maybe a few packets for detergent for the dishwasher and laundry machine because the lobby shop quantities were bigger than needed. The amenities at this hotel are pretty good with a shop and restaurant on the main floor. There is a common room on the sixth floor and some meeting rooms that are bookable. The pool and fitness area is accessible on the sixth floor as well via a pedway and is very nice as well. The pool had plenty of lounge chairs and there were quite a few available when we visited. You can also sneak a peak at the downtown area between the buildings. The change rooms are a little small but there was lots of space when I visited and lockers available. I could not figure out how to lock the locker and would have appreciated it if I was provided the card for it or if they had instructions on the lockers of how to use them. The steam room and sauna were very small but I was the only one in them when I went in the late afternoon. The breakfast is included and there were plenty of options to enjoy when I went. There were changing items each day and while we were there they rotated between fried eggs and scrambled eggs and they had bread pudding one day, french toast another and pancakes. There is a variety of hot items as well like sausage, beans, beef bacon, hash brown patties and one day they had shakshouka. For cold items they had a salad bar, cheese, yogurt and fruits. They had a variety of pastries each day. The drinks were good as well with rotating juices and a coffee machine to pick and make your own drinks. The check in was smooth but the check out took a considerable amount more time and we aren't really sure why. They explained that our deposit would take 25-30 days to refund our payment card or we could buy things at their lobby shop but we didn't need anything so I guess we will have to wait. The hotel is very tall and we found the elevators could get quite busy throughout the day so we had to be patient waiting for an elevator to go down from the high floor our room was on or be ready for a crowded elevator at times. Overall, we are very happy with our hotel choice for Dubai and were pleased with the location, shower, view, breakfast and room.

Love my stay here. The amenities are the best. The location is great, near the Finance Center Station. A few eateries, mini markets and a pharmacy surrounded the hotel.
