設施：房間寬敞 設施齊全 衞生也很安靜 床很舒服 被套床單品質也不錯
服務：賓至如歸的體驗 每位工作人員都報以熱情的笑容 都能認得並叫出你的名字來和你問好
待人接物非常專業 邊界感與距離感也保持得恰到好處 不打擾地關注着客人的需要
環境：太美啦 彷彿置身於南法葡萄酒莊園 一步一景的浪漫 樹木花草鬱鬱葱葱 鳥兒愉快地歌唱 還有小兔子可愛地吃草草 遠處可以眺望現代化城市的景觀
餐飲質量也很棒 米其林二星餐廳名副其實
非常用心經營的resort 是一段難忘且滿足的入住體驗

棕櫚島深處的酒店，環境超級好，時間對的話可以看到小兔子，這裡有自己的沙灘，人少，工作人員熱情周到，泳池附近就是冰淇淋車。早餐豐富，可以選擇室內或者室外。我很喜歡酒店那些綠色的綉球，超級好看！

Located on the ground of one of the most exclusive hotel we would strongly recommend the Guerlain Spa for its setting, calm and peaceful environnement. Our therapists were lovely and attentive to our requirement. An area of improvement would be the reservation experience, my wife and I wanted to organize a tailored ritual Including different treatments and we found it challenging to receive assistance for it by phone. The Orient Ritual was of very good quality in a beautiful two-person suite but we wished we could have enjoyed the suite terrasse after the treatment instead of being told that the suite would need to be vacated so they would clean it for the next guest…This was not the most “relaxing moment” given the price tag of the ritual. The Spa team did offer us a complimentary 30minutes massage but still charged us $20 for 2 coffees as the treatment only included tea (despite paying 1200$ worth of treatment) Still crucial to note the place is gorgeous, the staff attentive and the products of highest standards. We look forward coming back for another experience.
