Very good. Just few minutes' walk to metro station. Just 1 station to Dubai Mall and Khalifa tower.

Ik verbleef hier in het kader van een studiereis en het verblijf voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Het personeel was ontzettend accommoderend, vooral het zwembad personeel. Het zwembad heeft handdoeken klaarliggen, heerlijke bedjes, een sauna en jacuzzi. Ook beschikt het hotel over een goede gym. De locatie is ideaal voor een bezoek aan Dubai. Tip; In Dubai zijn twee Villa Rotana’s. Als je gebruik maakt van een taxi is het verstandig om de straatnaam er bij te zeggen om misverstanden te voorkomen.

Like many people, we got stranded in Dubai n the night of the huge storms which brought the city to its knees. Luckily for us, we found the Rotana after escaping from the nearby metro train station. We took the last room but the staff allowed other people to seek refuge overnight, a truly humanitarian act of kindness. Our room was a little tired and outdated but everything worked and the food in the restaurant was excellent. We would like to single out Anne and Supun on the reception desk for being wonderful human beings. They are a true credit to their employers. They couldn’t leave the hotel, stayed overnight and still had a sense of humour the following morning. Supun: thanks to you, we got home. You are a hero!

Wonderful hotel in terms of hospitality, accessibility, cleanliness. Right at the business bay metro station which make things very easy and accessible for the visitors. Connectivity is the key while traveling. So, recommend this one.

My experience during the 2-day stay at Villa Rotana was fantastic. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, within walking distance to the Business Bay metro station, supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, the proximity to the Etihad Airways coach station, just a 5-minute walk away, made it extremely practical. The staff at Villa Rotana were exceptionally friendly and eager to assist. Esraa the receptionist came to carry my giant heavy luggage when i reached the hotel entrance. Despite arriving for check-in at 4:30 pm and finding my room wasn't ready, Esraa promptly informed me it would be ready in 30 minutes and graciously offered me a temporary room to freshen up while I waited. This gesture was greatly appreciated. The housekeeping team was also commendable, as they efficiently cleaned and mopped the living room floor of my suite the following day, knowing I had hosted friends there the previous evening. The All Day Dining service and kitchen staff were equally friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast options available. Overall, my stay at Villa Rotana was excellent, and I will certainly be recommending it to friends and family.

Villa Rotana the best hotel in Dubai Down Town, all the reception staff are very good, they will always help solve all issues quickly and efficiently. The hotel manager is very attentive to the guests. Thank you for your attention. The cleaning is good, everyone is friendly. The pool and gym are excellent, as well as the staff in the gym and pool area. I don't want to leave such a hotel. I will definitely come back again. Special thanks to Abdul. Thank you so much for everything.

Staff was so helpful. Did best of the services they could . Special thanis to Supun, he helped us alot. Will keep this hotel in mind whenever visiting dubai again. The whole experience at this hotel was 10/10. Thank you guys

Great hotel with the best facilities! The location is convenient and you get great views for the Burj. The staff are also a great asset to the villa; Supun from reception is an exceptional host and never hesitated to help. The staff from the gym and swimming pool were kind and helpful too. Samuel would always greet with a lovely smile and offered an excellent service at breakfast. Housekeeping provided a great service especially Mercy she happily went through any minor requests we have and kept the rooms clean always.
