多次入住了，位置不錯，離德拉city center商場很近，温超也不遠。就是房子裏的洗衣機什麼的都很陳舊，建議酒店更換一下。

Since 2016 I am staying in this hotel but now I decided not to continue staying in your hotel, As a loyal customer you always expect extra ordinary services which was not delivered in my last stay, in the past the front desk staff was so courageous and friendly but now its totally different it seems that guest is not paying but the host is paying for your stay, I cancelled my April booking and move to another hotel, I need respect for me and my gust which I didn't not find this time

Whenever we go for pilgrimage tour, we choose Dubai as base and take trips to Medinah, Mecca, Iraq, Iran, Syria. First we complete our Jetleg in Dubai and then take trips. This year we selected Hotel Flora Creek Deluxe Hotel near citi Center Dubai. Right from the day we checked in on January 02,2024, till we left them on March 05,2024, we got excellent, excellent, excellent treatment from checkin, allotment of room, room service, assistance in making our stay, sightseeing, food were all excellent. Checking out was also great leaving the best possible impressions on us. We should say Brother Ahmed, you are the best leader with best possible team from reception, bell boys, security staff, house keepers, cleaning staff all are great. Shall surely recommend your hotel to our friends and families.

The entire experience was just great for my whole months stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Its in a great location that is close to the metro and the City Center Shopping Mall. Plus I had a nice view over the Creek
