Плохая шумоизоляция-постоянный шум от Шейх Зайед Роуд, не нажмёшь кнопку - номер не уберут, три раза просили полотенце-не кладут два. Вечером очень тяжело подЪехать к отелю.

대만족한 호텔. 모두들 친절. 약간 걱정했던 조식도 아주 훌륭함. 깨끗. 수영장도 수준급. 정문 나가면 바로 메트로. 유일한 단점은 밤에 음악 소리가 살짝 들린다는 것. 근처에 클럽이 있는지 쿵짝 거리는 소리 있음. 수면에 방해될 정도는 아니었음.

Extremely happy with the service . This is not the first time I stay with this 5 star hotel, my total stay was 15 night I initially only booked 8 night and wanted to finish my trip somewhere else. However, the service was too good , felt like I was home and decided to extend . From the reception staff , valet, and housekeeping everything was top notch. Marta one of the housekeeping staff left her mark in My heart. All though I think everyone of them was amazing....her and I had a special connection I was always happy to see her beautiful smile and positivity that you cannot forget. Also, they use best luxury I'm the market ..more so exclusive as you can only find it at the fairmonts in dubai...the whole package shampoos, conditioners, soaps, shower gels and body lotions all included with your stay ....it's by le labo rose 31 which is what I normally use . I will definitely recommend this hotel .....and will always look forward foe the amazing customer service !!!

Суперская гостиница после полной реставрации!!Номера просторные ,чистые ,очень уютные в стиле ,,минималистический люкс,,.Только номер дали вместо оплаченного ,,с панорамным видом,, который на картинке стандартный…Это так сказать русскоговорящая рецепсионистка схитрила,на то и русскоговорящая…но так как заселился на один день было без разницы

Hotel bersih, kamar bersih, sarapan agak membosankan karena menu sama. Pelayanan sangat baik.

Overall it was fine to stay at the hotel for a short business trip, but the service could have been better : we experienced delayed laundry , slow response level from the hotel team, late cleaning of the room, that was at 17:00 hrs - it’s just unacceptable late, without any notice given to us on it in advance. Breakfast was average. Lady at the reception was professional, she helped me with printing work papers and always sincere make efforts to help. We had an anniversary celebration on 7 February, that I have mentioned to the hotel during check in , but hotel didn’t do anything , not even a cake that was actually communicated to me by the front office. Location is fantastic, super convenient to get everywhere. Room was clean, but I really recommend to check bath towels and replace old ones , they look really tired and not white, for a hotel that has a five star ranking it’s important to pay attention on amenities and towels . We expected a bit more , a bit disappointing to see those gaps in service.
