1.The hotel check-in process smooth
2. When entered the room it was not clean we found some used bandage on the floor might be of pervious guest
3.We had kept some food in the fridge but later we came to it was not working so later on the request it was changed.
4. Breakfast was average.
5. Mr Pervaz at reception and help Ms khant was very helpful to us.
6. The price is high as compare to amenities

The location is good, nearby airport and MRT. When I reached the hotel I was told that the room reserve to me is double bed, but I’ve booked twin room. The receptionist told me he managed to give me twin room non smoking. When I reached the room it totally smells like cigarettes smoke that provoke my asthma. When the housekeeping come to spray air freshener, it didn’t go away. I requested for room transfer but they say that’s the only available.
No toilet amenities at all. The toilet bowl everytime I will sit it feels like it will fall as there’s gap from its attachment from the wall.
Breakfast items is almost the same every day only 1-2 items will change.
Receptionist are not helpful to your needs and when you ask something it’s like I owe them money when they reply. But housekeeping staff are nice and friendly

It's a brand new hotel in Al qusais near to the airport.
It's very affordable with extremely clean and well maintained rooms. Being a budget hotel, we can't expect too many amenities but it's overall complete value for money. Bed size is a problem if you have a toddler since they have only Queen bed option.
Basement parking is available (self park) and be accessed with your room key once checked in.
Breakfast options were a bit limited but again it's a budget hotel and understandable
We had a good stay overall and would definitely recommend the hotel for families.

The staff is very friendly, especially chef Mohamed thank you for the service you offered us today we were really very happy with the stay at that hotel, everything very clean and the food delicious.

On arrival I went to the hotel bus shuttle outside the airport terminal 2 bus parked but driver nowhere to be found! I booked the hotel because of that service apart from its near the hotel emailed the hotel about driver nowhere to be found but they just ignored me! Waited for 40 mins or so and decided to take the Uber arrived at the hotel and complained and they just said they will look into it.

It was third time I stayed in this hotel, always had a wonderful experience. I wish they have a little bit change in breakfast everyday, other than that everything is perfect. Thank you everyone. You guys are just amazing.

Very slow work at the reception. They seem not to care whether you like it or not. The receptionist told me they have contracts with airlines and those airline staff are enough for their business. The reason they gave for slow service at the reception is that their colleagues are having lunch. Not a good reason though.
