棕櫚島酒店住了這麼多次 這是我遇到最糟糕的經歷 沙灘極窄 因為對着航行通道波浪又大 這些其實都可以理解 但是沙灘服務基本沒有 你在沙灘躺着 居然沒有人會給你提供任何服務？！ …. 並且早上吃早餐 明明有位子 還需要排隊排上20來分鐘。怎麼説呢.. 費爾蒙 其實品牌在這裏 但是杜拜這家店甚至連杜拜基礎服務標準都達不到.. 相當失望

酒店位置很好，一出後門就到了酒店的私有海灘。酒店的游泳池很大，因為客人不多，所以不擠。酒店內有幾個餐廳，我們去了一家吃飯，味道很好，但是價格真得很貴。這家酒店有2點我們不滿意：客房的清潔工作經常到了17點還沒結束，投訴了2次，有時候還是很晚才來做清潔，我們樓層止住了3分之一的客人，所以很不理解。還有就是熱水的問題，5點以前沒有熱水，這是我們最不能接受的，就連4星酒店都全體供應熱水，酒店説是故障，但是我們不相信。也聽別的客人説同樣的情況了，所以我們下次不會再入住這家酒店了。

Завтрак в отеле не понравился вообще , для такой цены можно было бы предложить лучше , утром очередь на завтрак , и все как то не удобно организованно ., мы оставались всего две ночи , и этого достаточно чтобы провести в этом отеле :((((

Luxury hotel in the Palm.
Rooms very clean, spacious.
Lobby with bar serving also fast food and any kind of drink.
Splendid swimming pool very large.
Sea food restaurant with menu very rich of several varieties of food, wines and spirits.
Barber shop inside which does also nail service.
High level hotel.
Really enjoyable.

This is my 4th time here in the past 6 years. I expected more. A lof of things has been changed for the worse. Smaller or lousier selection for breakfast. The food is though tasty.
We had half board which is a great solution with a kid.
The rooms are slightly worn down.
Gym small considering the amout of guest the hotel can have. It was crowded each time.
