Ik heb zo vaak in het Palm Island Hotel verbleven, dit is de slechtste ervaring die ik ben tegengekomen Het strand is erg smal omdat de golven groot zijn tegen het zeilkanaal, wat begrijpelijk is, maar de strandservice is eigenlijk niet dat je op het strand ligt en niemand zal u enige dienst verlenen? ! ….en 's ochtends ontbijten, is er natuurlijk een zitplaats, maar ik moet nog 20 minuten in de rij staan. Hoe moet ik het zeggen.. Fairmont is eigenlijk het merk hier, maar deze winkel in Dubai kan niet eens voldoen aan de basisservicenormen in Dubai.. Behoorlijk teleurgesteld

De locatie van het hotel is erg goed, zodra je de achterdeur uitgaat naar het privéstrand van het hotel. Het zwembad van het hotel is erg groot, omdat er niet veel gasten zijn, dus het is niet druk. Er zijn verschillende restaurants in het hotel, we gingen naar een voor het diner, het was heerlijk, maar de prijs was erg duur. Er zijn twee punten waar we niet tevreden over zijn: de schoonmaak van de gastenkamer is vaak pas om 17.00 uur klaar en we hebben twee keer geklaagd.Heel onbegrijpelijk. Er is ook het probleem van warm water. Er is geen warm water voor 5 uur. Dit is het meest onaanvaardbare voor ons. Zelfs 4-sterrenhotels leveren al het warme water. Het hotel zei dat het een storing was, maar we hebben geloof het niet. We hoorden hetzelfde van andere gasten, dus we zullen de volgende keer niet meer in dit hotel verblijven.

Ik hou helemaal niet van het ontbijt van het hotel. De prijs had beter gekund. 's Ochtends stond er een wachtrij voor het ontbijt en alles was onhandig om te regelen. , We verbleven slechts twee nachten, wat genoeg is om in dit hotel door te brengen: ((((

Luxury hotel in the Palm.
Rooms very clean, spacious.
Lobby with bar serving also fast food and any kind of drink.
Splendid swimming pool very large.
Sea food restaurant with menu very rich of several varieties of food, wines and spirits.
Barber shop inside which does also nail service.
High level hotel.
Really enjoyable.

This is my 4th time here in the past 6 years. I expected more. A lof of things has been changed for the worse. Smaller or lousier selection for breakfast. The food is though tasty.
We had half board which is a great solution with a kid.
The rooms are slightly worn down.
Gym small considering the amout of guest the hotel can have. It was crowded each time.
