The receptionist treated me in a provocative manner, and the room did not contain carpets and the mattresses were old

Pretty decent. Starting to show its age, but well enough maintained. Decent bar downstairs. Not too expensive (relatively. It's Dubai after all).

Just the basics, that's it nothing more. They charge u even for basic amenities. Kind of sad from a well known hotel chain..
Location food etc is decent.
There a much better alternatives with similar budget. Don't recommend.

There's a bit of "unwanted guests“ lurking around in the lobby in the evening. The hotel itself is pretty decent.
