Niet geschikt voor gezinnen, maar misschien een handige locatie voor zakenreizen. Service is eigenlijk onzin

Het hotel werd omgedoopt tot "Gulf Inn" zonder dat het op de site werd bijgewerkt, dus het was vrij moeilijk te vinden toen we aankwamen. Het hotel. heeft duidelijk een aantal nieuwe upgrades gehad voor de technologie in het gebouw, maar veel ervan was glitchy en werkte niet goed. De Android TV-eenheid was supergoedkoop en was onmogelijk te gebruiken. De lichtschakelaars waren aanraakgevoelig en ingewikkeld om te bedienen. Wifi was echter snel, dus dat was een voordeel. De kamer was mooi ingericht maar heeft behoefte aan een grondige schoonmaakbeurt, vooral in de badkamer. Het hotel heeft een nachtclub op de begane grond van het hotel en de plaats was een complete afzetterij. Ze probeerden ons AED 200 in rekening te brengen voor een bord met gehakt fruit dat we niet hadden besteld en de prijzen waren verzonnen en op een stuk papier geschreven. Een vreselijke plaats die ik je niet aanraad, ze proberen duidelijk op toeristen te jagen. Ook is deze nachtclub belachelijk luidruchtig en hoor je het de hele nacht in het hotel, dus het is moeilijk om te slapen. Het zwembad was in aanbouw en stond niet op de site vermeld, dus we waren behoorlijk teleurgesteld. Het gebied is best mooi, met geweldige kleine restaurants en winkels in de buurt en vrij centraal in het CBD van Dubai. Dus het gebied is goed en de koffie van Green Cafe naast de deur is geweldig. Alles bij elkaar raad ik niemand aan om hier te blijven tenzij alle andere hotels in de omgeving volgeboekt zijn.

Very comfortable hotel. Just like in the picture. Service and cleanliness are excellent. The receptioniat is very friendly. Not too far metro station so it's easy to go anywhere. Reasonably priced. Hot water and AC worked well.

Overall, my experience is highly disappointing. For a supposed 4-star establishment, the lack of amenities but staffs tried their best to assit,eventhough they couldnt fully resolve our ussues. We had multiple issues with A/C and wifi, Poor and low grade breakfast buffet, indifferent service, and noisy environment fell far short of expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable family stay.

Very loud club on the ground floor couldn’t sleep till 4 in the morning then requested to change the room so they gave room on the 5th floor but then they have pool party on the roof 😡 so wasn’t peaceful at all

The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space to work or relax. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the shower had excellent water pressure. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and coffee that were provided. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. The staff was always friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and assistance whenever needed. Overall, I would highly recommend the Gulf Inn Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area. The staff, facilities, and amenities are all top-notch, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
