I am writing to express my disappoin**ent with the service I received at SeaFu Restaurant on the 19th May. Knowing Four Seasons standards, we had high expectations for an exceptional dining experience, but our recent visit was quite the opposite. First and foremost, the service was subpar. Despite the restaurant not being overly busy, the staff seemed inattentive and unresponsive. We had to wait an unusually long time for our orders to be taken, and when the food finally arrived, it was not what we had ordered. This mistake significantly detracted from our dining experience, for instance we ordered catch of the day salt crusted, we got overcooked seabass without salt crusted, no consistency at all, we ordered same cocktail we got it in different taste and color, even the table side server don’t know how to serve the fish properly, very bad. Moreover, when we brought this issue to the attention of the staff, their response was neither prompt nor satisfactory. Instead of rectifying the mistake immediately, we were left waiting even longer, and the replacement order was not up to the standard I would expect from an establishment of this repute. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of professionalism and efficient service was disappointing and uncharacteristic of the Four Seasons brand. I hope you will address these issues with your staff to ensure better service for future guests.
