Canopy by Hilton Dubai Al Seef

Over het algemeen is het geen slecht hotel om te verblijven. Er is een wandeling rond de rivier waar restaurants en een cadeauwinkel zijn. Het is vrij dicht bij de luchthaven, maar te dicht bij toeristische plaatsen. Je moet uber nemen. Ik vind het ontbijt niet fantastisch zoals anderen hier beweren. Er is niet veel keuze, vooral warme gerechten zijn beperkt. De ontbijttafel is altijd niet op tijd af te ruimen.

Nice location. Room is spacious bathroom very modern. Polite staff. Nice outdoor pool.

Surprisingly super good value hotel! Close to airport while walking distance to many amazing restaurants and Al Seef. Ideal location for someone who just touch down from airport and want to have a quick check in to start the Dubai journey. Do check out the rooftop bar, it’s a cool full Dubai landscape view there!

In general , I can say that I enjoyed my stay but not that much ; the location is nice , the room was wonderful especially the view that overlooks the creek however , I have many concerns about the outlets and the F&B service ,the cafe that is located in the bar closes very early before 9 pm !!! How come , when I just wanted to order a cup of coffee , I went outside , walked for about 2 KM to find a cafe even the room service doesn't provide or send coffee to the room only Juice !!, so ridiculous ; moreover , my reservation was HB , the next day when I went to the breakfast in the main restaurant, only the hostess took my name at the entrance door then she left me though it's my first time at least approach me to the table , at least explain to me where is the buffet or even ask me if I need any assistance, nothing at all, so for sure I didn't know that the buffet is divided into 2 parts and there was a live station of Omlette and Shakshuka which I didn't see or notice because no one just took 1 min to tell me that there was another hidden part ,, very Unprofessional service , it was my 1st time to stay there and it will be the last

Overall is good. But I haven’t got my 1500 AED deposit back till now.

Hampton is a good hotel, the rooms were quite small compared to Canopy, the room is not spacious enough for 2 if both who is staying is quite heavy in size🙃. Try to include much bigger beds. The swimming pool is too small, where as the roof top Bar was pretty good and it pleasant atmosphere. Over all the hotel has met the standard of a 3star and we enjoyed our stay.

Staff are nice and helpful. The pool side view is great, a gaze from hawk eyes. Will definitely check in to this hotel if I got any change to be back in Dubai in the future.
